TaylorMade has introduced three new products designed to elevate your golf game: the P·770 Irons, P·7CB Irons, and the Hi-Toe 4 Wedge. We’re looking for six golfers—two for each product—to test, review, and keep these clubs. This is your chance to see if TaylorMade’s claims hold up when these clubs are put to the test by real golfers like you!

What you’ll be testing

TaylorMade P·770 Irons: These irons are crafted for golfers who desire a blend of distance and forgiveness within a compact design. The hollow body construction with SpeedFoam Air aims to combine power with precision, while also providing a soft feel on impact. They’re said to be perfect for those who want to shape their shots without compromising on distance.

TaylorMade P·7CB Irons: Aimed at golfers who value precision, these cavity-back irons blend a traditional look with modern engineering. They are built to deliver high levels of control and feedback, allowing for a variety of shot shapes. This should make them a top choice for those who prioritize accuracy and feel.

TaylorMade Hi-Toe 4 Wedge: This wedge is designed for versatility in short-game scenarios. Featuring full-face grooves and a high-toe design, it’s engineered to enhance spin and control, especially when executing open-faced shots. It’s intended to perform well in a range of conditions and lies, making it a go-to option for short-game enthusiasts.

The testing opportunity

We’re looking for six golfers to thoroughly test these clubs, focusing on their performance, fitting experience, and durability over time. Whether it’s on-course feedback or data from a launch monitor, we want detailed insights that will help the MyGolfSpy community understand how these clubs truly perform.

My current irons are 12 years old. I still like them but now I'm playing frequently I'd be interested in seeing what difference the newer technology will produce in terms of practical improvements. I hit the ball a good distance (especially for my age) but need more precise iron control to help me get below my 4.9 handicap. I like classic looking clubs and these seem to fit the bill

Amazing opportunity! Whether I get selected or not, a big thank you to MGS to allow a few members to test new clubs.
I’ve always been intrigued and wanted to put Taylormade clubs to the test.

Woah this is pretty massive… dying to try out the CBs, maybe with a couple 770s at the top end… my 2020 combo is solid but the 770/MC are definitely not the natural fits that these seem to be…good luck all!

What an amazing opportunity!  I've loved the look and progression of the P790 and P770 irons.  Another great test MGS!  The hits just keep on coming.  I don't want this season to come to an end.

I currently play the Taylormade P770 in the 2021 model and have been pretty happy, but I will say I think the flight is a little high (could be the shaft DG 120 x100).  I'd LOVE to try the new model to compare lofts and put my prior shaft in PX 6.0 to see if the flight can come down just a touch!  Cool opportunity!

Very cool - I've been doing some research on players irons and it seems like TM is ahead. Especially in accuracy! I definitely plan to try out the P-7CB when I finally decide to get new irons.

I would love an opportunity to test (and keep) any of these clubs. I've become a much more avid golfer and forgiveness in clubs is something that I truly value. Hoping to be chosen to help my fellow MyGolfSpy members.

Happened to be playing a round yesterday at a course where they were setting up a Taylormade tent for fitting. I haven’t even tried a Taylormade iron in maybe 10 years. I liked the pictures I saw recently of the CB so I asked the fitter to hit a few shots. 5 swings at standard length (I play extended irons because I’m 6’9”) with Tour Issue X100 and I realized how good these actually are. Put in for this test not expecting much, but now really hoping to get chosen. If not, I might have to get a set and put them on the X7 shafts I have lying around…

Gaming the current P790 about 4 times a week, ready for the switch and to swing the new P770s!

Been gaming respectable mizuno MP-53s for a while, but would love to see what the taylormade forgiveness could do for my game. Plus they look so nice!
