I just turned 55 and still have and use my 5i. It's one of my favorite clubs. I just have confidence in it, know that I can hit it 170 yards with decent accuracy - not necessarily with consistency, but that's more a human problem than an equipment problem. I'm using PXG XF Gen 6s and I really like the feel of them. I'm not good enough to work a ball, so these help me keep ball flight straighter and reduce the dispersion. I don't carry anything lower than that in the bag though. Also thinking of going to a 7w because I love the 5w I have as well.

And pro sports in general struggle on how to determine viewership in these days of streaming services and the aforementioned bars/pubs. And yes, there are a lot of people who are soured on the whole PGA Tour/LIV non-movement, along with the lack of information from the Tour. If I hadn't told my wife "I'm doing nothing but watching The Masters on Sunday", I would have had too much going on to do so. Brands are more successful these days in grabbing attention and pulling people in more directions than ever before, and families have so many more options. I'd be curious to know if recorded and later viewed numbers are counted.

I love that this is a signature event. A great course, it's an easy jump for the PGA Tour from The Masters, and now almost all the top players play it. Good job by the PGA Tour to boost this week. As an SC resident, I'm happy anytime tours do anything to get more play in this state. And living close to Charlotte and working the Wells Fargo every year, I love that we'll have a stacked field right before the PGA Championship (and of course that we'll HAVE The PGA Championship here next year!). The PGA Tour may be killing its fan base with a lot of the antics going on, but I have to give them an A for this week. And Steady Scheffler just keeps on going!

I'm curious to see how this impacts the "return" of LIV "defectors". Will they be allowed to return? Will there be a financial cost/penalty to do so? Now that the PGA Tour is flush w/cash and it seems like a lot of the initial $1.5B is going to go to keeping players invested in Tour ownership and future profits, I just don't see how they can ask for players who want to return to pay up with a straight face. Will LIV continue to try to poach? Does the PIF see this as a slap in the face? I guess one good thing is now EVERY pro golfer can stop with the "good of the game" vs. "only doing it for the money" arguments.

Taylor Made testing? Sign me up. I'd love to be able to compare the Q10 Max to my current PXG XF to see if they've been selling me a bill of goods all this time. I love my PXG driver, but a head to head w/MY game would be great. My dispersion is better w/the PXG than ever before, but I'd love to see if the Q10 can take it up a notch.

Hi all - new to the forum and excited to be on! I'm a 10%er...in that I'm left handed. Had a guy tell me years ago that the problem w/my game was not my swing, but that I needed left handed golf balls...still looking for those after 30 years! I've never had length in the bag, but what I lack there I make up for with inaccuracy. Seriously though, I recently have been slowing my swing and keeping my back elbow (again,left for me) tucked and its made a world of difference. Anyone else had that experience?
