I think it would be incredibly hard to forge / mill a mallet due to the weight issues. Would need to be able to use different materials for the crown etc to really get the weight correct
a Damascus odyssey double wide with a twist neck as a one piece forged club with a milled face and cavity would be sick
I am in the “must play” group here. Total bucket list item and there is something fun about watching a tournament on a course you have played and remembering the holes and how you played them
Been rolling a spyder for a few years but have noticed a little “twitch” on the shorter ones so found an old two ball, extended it to 40” and put an armlock grip on it. Definitely helps on the shorter ones !
Try a wrist band around the top of the grip and your forearm. This will keep the grip locked in while practicing and force a proper armlock stroke. Will feel really awkward initially but will help the correct stroke
I went from tsi3 to g430 max. Did not notice a difference distance wise on well struck shots, but the ping on off center strikes is really impressive and just wants to go straight. If you feel golf is a game of misses this is your driver !
