  1. I have tried and tried other wedges and I kind of liked the TM Mill Grind from a couple years ago but then I pick a Vokey back up and I guess they just suit me and iam comfortable with them because I cannot switch. I carry four Vokey wedges and pictured is my pitching wedge a 48° to go along with 52, 56 and 60
  2. Yep I cannot tell the difference and I play up in Michigan at a couple clubs that are very tight and lots of water and woods then my home track in Florida is tons of water and mangroves so ball is gone and 5 dollar balls kind of get old I don't lose a ton but why pay 5 when I can pay 1.50
  3. So if the old clubs are say 10 years old or more they probably aren't worth the hassle of selling for 100 bucks or whatever but the newer stuff is holding CRAZY resale value!!! I had a set of PING I500s from like 4 years back and I was going to give them to one of my guys and my buddy said "are you nuts"? He said I could pay for half my new irons and sure enough I looked and on Facebook Marketplace (the best way to sell something with no fees or shipping only) and they were selling for 500 bucks?? I paid 900 played them for 4 years and sold them for 500. That's a great deal. Iron sets and drivers and fairways/hybrids holding good value for the big brand equip
  4. So what are some of your thoughts on "experienced golfballs" I found a page on FB that was selling slightly used brand name balls by the dozen and they sell them grades AAA AAAA AAAAA With the 5A being like new and ProV1s like I play were 18 a dozen for unblemished. 15 for AAAA and 12 for AAA so I ordered 2 dozen 5A and a dozen 3A well the 3A were junk and I hit those off my deck into oblivion but the 5A I swear had to have been hit once onto a pond they were perfect and I cannot tell anything is up with them at all, my buddy swears they are bleached and out of round blah blah and I will most likely explode from playing them?? Iam a 10 and play about 3 times a week and am sick of 55 bucks a dozen. Had anyone had an issues with these type deals??? I really can't tell the difference
  5. Titleist ProV1 again this year but I could easily hit the Srixon Z Star XV love the way each feels like it explodes off the face but I can stop them both easily as well kind of hard but soft if that makes any sense??? I have trouble with the real soft "marshmallows" like the Chrome Soft or Bridgestone Soft
