What Is Your Next Planned Golf Equipment Purchase?
Cdlee1981 replied to GolfSpy_APH's topic in General Equipment Talk
Purchased new shoes this winter. Decided to spend some money this time and really tried out quite a few pairs. Went with comfort, since I am planning on walking more this year. Got a pair or Under Armour . Very comfortable and light weight. Next purchase would probably be either a new bag or driver. Both a older, but hard to replace them when they do the job. But with the driver I know there's better equipment out there that can help my game. -

My name is Chris. I have been "playing" golf for about 25 years and usually shoot around a 90, depending on the course. I'm at the point in my golfing career, were I just enjoy getting out and having fun now. I'm a very competitive person and when I started it was very frustrating because improvements didn't happen as quick as I would have liked. I am from the Rockford, IL area and have a yearly golf pass for 3 of the local courses by me. Looking forward to playing more this year, since I spent the money on a yearly pass, hope it translates to more play. My 2 boys have also shown more interest over the last couple years, so that helps. I'm new to MyGolfSpy and look forward to having a place to learn more about the game and read what others have to say about there golfing experiences. Just another way to enjoy the game when not on the course. -
When not golfing, which happens a lot in the midwest, unfortunately. I enjoy going to local sporting events and have recently started attending concerts again. Recently saw Journey with my 9 year old (huge fan), and looking forward to Pantera/Metallica as well as Weezer later this year. As you can tell, I'm into a variety of music. Which usually makes it easy to find a good show.
