  1. 3 of my go to burgers would, 1. Medium rare, Waygu or Kobe beef, brioche buns, pimento cheese spreads and grilled onions. 2. Medium rare, waygu or Kobe beef, grilled onions, beer cheese sauce on a pretzel bun. 3. Medium rare, Waygu or Kobe beef, melted blue cheese, onion straws, strawberry jam on a potato bun.
  2. It was a toss-up between pre-round excitement or skulling my wedges... Solidarity, man!
  3. Brand should not matter too much, what really matters is fit and feel. There is nothing better than a great-fitting shoe. The best thing you can do and go and try on many different pairs and styles across all brands and see what works best for your foot. Custom orthotics are something to look into.
  4. Best part of my game is the pre-round excitement. Everything is downhill after that.
  5. For being so well engineered the BMW transmissions are a bit "utilitarian". I have wanted one of the RD07 Africa Twins since I was younger, but they are hard to come by stateside, so I jumped at the opportunity to get the one I have for a reasonable price. The buttery smooth shifts are just the icing on the cake. I am surprised that more enforcement agencies have not considered the Twin for service as they are affordable, reliable, and highly capable.
  6. Mid October to Mid April for us in Northern Wyoming; If only we were all lucky enough to live in Arizona.
  7. Throwing off the rider triangle. The bike I have, an Africa Twin, does not like to be light in the front; I will get a little bit of wobble on rough stuff or if I lay on the beans.
  8. Been considering one of these rigs, but do I really want to trust something like this with $2,500 worth of clubs....
  9. I had a VFR800FI and looked at upgrading to one of the VFR1200s for a bit, but the Ducati Multistrada 1200 caught my eye and pocketbook instead. I traded that for the Twin that I have now due to my location being 6 hours from the closest Ducati authorized service center. Looks like quite an enjoyable career, but seems like the wrong BMW for green laneing! LOL.
  10. Pretty much similar story here; I used to ride A LOT more than I do now, but when the kiddo came around the wife wanted me to be around more and insisted that I take up "dad" hobbies. Little did she know that golfing is just as expensive as riding motorcycles...
  11. Yessir. It is a decently modified 2017 Honda CRF1000L Africa Twin. Picked her up in early 2021 with 4,000 miles on the odometer and have put 11,000 miles on since then. Planning on riding some of the Continental Divide Trail this year; will head from the Canadian border down to the southern border of Wyoming.
  12. Outside of golf, my main hobby is adventure motorcycling across the western states.
  13. I have both. Living in northern Wyoming it can be cooler or blisteringly hot. I have a stand bag for cooler days when I feel like walking and a cart back for hot days that I feel like riding.
  14. Would be a fun opportunity to give Bridgestone a try. I have only played Taylormade, Titleist, random balls found, and them my current Srixon Z Star XV Divide.
  15. I am trying to get back up that way to golf this year, but we will see how it goes. I grabbed one of the Chambers Bay Journals while I was there last year and read about a deal called the Champions Experiences were for $459-$700 you can get a tee time at Chambers, Home Course, and Gold Mountain as well as a two night stay at a nice hotel in Tacoma. I have family in University Place, so it will allow me to get in at Salish as well. If you are able and remember, shoot me a message when you're passing through and maybe we can get out of a round. Buffalo, just to the south of here, has a decent track.
