  1. Phew, this question made me realize how many golf holes have done me dirty over the years. I mainly play local munis that are fairly forgiving off the tee, but hole 2 at Great Hope in Westover, MD is the first that comes to mind. Water right, tall fescue left and a well placed bunker along the left side of the fairway gives you a small margin of error. I often tend to hit a double cross and find myself reaching in the bag for a second ball. I could go on and on about many other holes, but this one is by far the worst!
  2. Just received my Bridgestone golf balls this past weekend. I wasn’t able to game them but love the look and overall design! I will post again after testing. Can’t wait to hear everyone’s feedback!
  3. Congrats testers! Looking forward to following each of your journeys as you use the new clubs!
  4. I think jeans are completely fine in the right setting (local muni). I just wouldn’t prefer to wear them personally. I wouldn’t by any means freak out if I saw someone wearing them. At the end of the day, all that matters is that you’re swinging your swing and wearing your clothes in comfort!
  5. What a cool opportunity. I’ve always been a fan of having a line on my ball for putting purposes but never thought of using a dot to help focus on tee shots/approach shots.
  6. I feel it depends on the type of club you’re playing at. A local muni/par 3 course most likely has lower standards. Personally, I’m not a fan of jeans on the course but it really depends on where you’re playing. Across the board, I feel a polo and khaki shorts/pants should do the job. I do enjoy the new trend of hoodies and differing quarter zips. As long as the club sets rules online, players should be held to the whatever standard it is.
  7. What’s everyone’s thoughts on the ruling today between these three gentlemen? After watching a video of the incident, it seems the three couldn’t come to a conclusion on where Rory should drop. At this point in time, you would think with the technology we have they would be able to determine from a camera angle where the ball landed.
  8. I would choose to play. There’s no tradition quite like the Masters, and being able to say I’ve had the chance to play would mean much more. Fingers crossed I hit the Masters lottery one day and get to attend in the future!
