Clinch Glove Review

I was not selected for the recent Clinch glove review opportunity but, since I've been using the one I purchased this winter for seven months now, I figured I would write a review to share my personal thoughts, Enjoy!

Comfort and Fit
The gloves feel incredibly comfortable. The material is soft and stretchy yet durable, providing a snug fit without feeling too restrictive. I wear a size medium in other golf glove brands and the Clinch medium fit perfectly.

Grip and Performance
The grip on these gloves is impressive, even in wet conditions. According to the website, the “Crushgroove” fabric helps extend the life of the material, and there is an added fingerprint looking rubber on the palm to limit the amount of wear in the high wear spot where my other gloves normally fail. These are the first non-leather gloves I’ve tried. I was a little skeptical of how they would feel/grip the club but, haven’t had any issues and have come to really like the feel.

Breathability
One of my favorite features is the breathability. I live in Maryland, and we have some hot and humid summers. The material used keeps my hands cool and dry, and allows for great breathability, even in the middle of summer. I’ve used other gloves that made my hands sweaty, sometimes needing to switch gloves mid-round but Clinch manages to balance comfort and ventilation effectively.

Durability
After 34 rounds of golf, I’ve noticed minimal signs of wear and tear. The stitching remains intact, and the material hasn’t stretched out, which is a significant plus. I’ve washed them in the sink with dish soap and hot water to clean up some of the dirt that accumulated, and haven’t had any issues with shrinking or the material becoming loose fitting.  They seem built to last, making them a solid investment for any golfer.

Style
The design is a little different than I’m used to, but the look and design has grown on me. I opted for the green (in honor of the Masters), and it looks sharp on the course.

Value for Money
Considering the quality and performance, Clinch golf gloves offer excellent value for the money. I was using the Kirkland glove that I purchase through Costco online (I’m a lefty and they don’t sell gloves for lefties at my store) at $30. This included four nice cabretta leather gloves and shipping ($7.50ea). Clinch sells each glove for $25 plus $5.00 shipping (free shipping if your purchase is over $60). The Costco gloves normally last about a month, depending on how much I play and weather conditions. I now use the Kirkland gloves for practice and warming up before a round and the Clinch during my round.

Final Thoughts
I purchased this glove back in February and have been very satisfied with it ever since. Overall, I highly recommend Clinch golf gloves for golfers of all skill levels. They combine comfort, grip in wet and dry conditions, and long-lasting durability, making them a reliable choice for anyone looking to try a new glove. They also included a small durable plastic storage bag with a Ziplock style closure and a few nice tees. Whether you’re a weekend warrior or a seasoned pro, these gloves are worth a try!

Going to try one after this. Kirkland fits me best but is stretches a lot and when it gets sweaty, it's basically done. Best fit but not great quality. The fact that you used to use them and this fits you gives me hope. My main issue with FJ is the pinky is long. Everything else is pretty good but the longer pinky drives me nuts.

Telling my wife to buy quality things over the years has paid off for my golf bag.
