  1. Long story very short. The face of my SIM 2 which I absolutely loved had a flat spot on the face. TM is so good with warranty stuff but this club was too old. Instead they gave me a 30% off coupon code so i picked up this Taylormade Qi10 LS designer copper in 9 degrees. Since the coupon worked on upgraded shafts too. I threw another Ventus 7x TR on there for an extra $245. Arrives tomorrow !
  2. Easy answer… tried to change the adapter on a $350 Ventus black 7x TR and used a heat gun. Got it too hot and melted the shaft… after attaching the head the driver head flew off with part of the shaft attached. Can’t stop thinking about this one.
  3. Yea. Certainly could be the case. These were 15 shot averages, but I did remove the outliers perplexing
  4. Fitting question I can’t seem to get a good answer to. I have a 8 degree sim 2 driver with Ventus black 7x TR shaft. I recently bought a stealth 2 8 degree head thinking it might show a little advancement. I found the new head shorter and spinier (600-700 rpm more spin on GC3). Have you seen any situations where the carbon face or something else with the stealth 2 to cause this? (Avg swing speed 123mph seeing differences of 10-15 yard shorter carry.) thanks as always
  5. ok, not a a club or a swing trainer but a full on club grip station. I know it’s dumb but solvent going all over my garage / sim was starting to bug me. here the best part I bought new grips z-cord align by golf pride, got excited, couldn’t wait for the station to arrive and installed them all using the old vice I had been using for years… next round of grips, I guess
