  1. First round of the season finally showed up for me and I was very happy with my first 9 holes. Shot a +4 (39), still have lots of work left to get to my goals I’ve set for myself but this is a good start. Shot of the day came on hole 4 with a monster drive for myself. I average around 260 so to get ahold of one and put it 292 was really nice.
  2. There are days I wish I was right handed. today is one of those days.
  3. I might need to consider a 7w for myself in the future based on my experience with my current 3 hybrid that is brand new. (Wife probably doesn't want to hear that I need a new club)
  4. I’ve always been fascinated by 7 woods. What is the intended use for high lofted fairway woods? I’ve only ever gamed a 3 wood and a 3 hybrid so genuinely curious what people use them for.
  5. I feel that Cobra over the last few seasons have really been on the upswing with their drivers and woods. I have been playing with Cobra drivers for almost a decade now and it is very cool to see more and more of them being played year on year. Now if they could add some lefty options to their wedges that would be great....
  6. I feel the pain in that. I’ve never been a fan of blade putters and prefer mallets but they are always so massive. I’m hoping to get my hands on the new Cobra Agera RS (Reduced Size) to see if that fits my eye better. If it is, it will more than likely be an instant purchase for me.
  7. I absolutely loved my LTDx Max 3W. It was such an easy to hit club and allowed for me to really go after Par 5’s with it. Hope you have the same success with it as I did.
  8. That’s understandable. I’ve got the triple white ones that have been out for awhile but they are about done so maybe I’ll get the white splatters to replace them.
  9. Hey, we can be shoe twins. I got some right when they dropped and I’m very tempted to get the Black ones as well based on how good these gray ones look.
  10. Well my recent purchase isn't as cool as a stand for my grips. I personally decided to go fro a visual change in my bag with headcovers. I've had generic black ones on for a few seasons but got a little bored with it. Decided to get the club specific ones to give a pop of color this season. And I prefer the look of the new Cobra logo versus the snake. Before After
  11. Well, with snow still on the ground I worked on putting in my little apartment. Focused on accuracy as I have been pulling putts quite frequently when going to the simulator. Think I found a happy medium with putter placement in my stance (in the middle of my stance). Still more work to do for sure as my putting is the biggest issue in my game at this moment.
  12. I've been eyeing the new SM10 wedges, mostly due to boredom with snow still on the ground. Has anyone here used the SM9's and tested the SM10's? If so is there any real difference or should I be just fine with my current SM9's for the time being?
  13. I currently have the CTL 110g Stiff in my King MiM and C-Taper R+ in my two wedges. If they had an option for a R+ in the Limited Black I would pick those up in a heartbeat. They look soooooo good in person.
  14. Those look like either C-Taper or C-Taper Lites. I might be biased but those are probably some of my favorite shafts, especially with that unique look.
