  1. Me and my buddies have a golf trip to Arizona coming up so I need to purchase a travel bag.
  2. I have been dormant for awhile, unfortunately haven’t been able to train much or get out on the course. I got out for 18 two weeks ago and all the gains I had were still there on the course. I played a solid round with matching distances to when I was training. I have to get to the range and test my speed to see what has remained. Once I get home next week I should be able to test it out.
  3. I have never heard of this type of testing before. That’s sounds awesome.
  4. I really don't like playing golf when the course is that packed. If I am in a groove I want to just keep moving and the more I think about a shot it seems the worse it will be, lol. I would say try to find different times or courses that aren't as busy. This is like in a traffic jam and everyone is honking, there is nowhere to go but people get frustrated. Best to avoid it all together. First tee time of the day never has anyone in front of them, just saying.
  5. Being as I just tested the SuperSpeed system I am interested to see how this compares. I can't wait to see how the training is structured and what the gains will be like. Congrats to the testers and enjoy the speed gains.
  6. Congrats!!! Hopefully many more years with great ideas like you have had.
  7. I won't even pay the $50+ for ProV's I think that is way too high, so the fact any company is charging $20 more is outrageous. There are other golf balls out there with similar performance measures for a fraction of the price it's really hard to justify spending that much. I will have to wait till someone with disposable cash loses one in the woods and I happen to find it to test it out, lol.
  8. Final Review!!! I just submitted my final review of the superspeed training program. Please click the link above to go check it out. I had an amazing time testing this product and hope that at least one person finds my review helpful for them. There was so much more learned than just how to get more speed. I really look forward to everyone reading it and hearing your comments.
  9. I think first it's important to know what you want out of your game. Also, knowing the numbers for your swing will make a huge difference. We get fit for clubs I think the same should be done for a golf ball. The only part that sucks is paying the money to try out the different balls. This gives a great insight into narrowing that list down on what you might be looking for. I know there are definitely a few that I would like to try out and compare on the course after reading through this testing. Being a higher swing speed its great to see what balls might work for the certain categories that I'm interested in. Thanks you MGS for doing this and keep up the great work. You are helping golfers all over the world.
  10. Great week everyone, unfortunately I won't be able to play for 2 weeks. Preseason started and i'm doing 14 hour days mon-fri, half day saturdays and probably sleeping all day sunday(aka taking care of my kids while the wife sleeps), everyone needs a break.
  11. Congratulations testers this is an awesome opportunity. I am a big fan of this company, can't wait to hear about their new product.
  12. Date 08/19/2023 Course Name Apple greens golf club Gross Score 75 Course Handicap 12 Gross Strokes over/under par 5 Net Score to Par -7 Net Score 63 Net Birdies or better 12 Longest Drive 319 So this is only the second time playing this course and both times I have shot my absolute best score ever. First time was 78 and now a 75. My friends and I also play for trophies throughout the year and I won by one stroke. I was a little upset on the back 9, made a few mental errors that resulted in double bogies. I also bought a shotscope with the H4 and tags they are pretty cool to track everything but I kept forgetting to tap the tag.
  13. Alright so I still have one more session but I may have spoke too early in my previous post. I wanted to break the 125mph that I have been stuck at and of course I did. I was trying something new with my downswing positioning and hit 126 then hit 127. I couldn’t believe it. My numbers throughout the day of training weren’t amazing but still pretty good. With these types of numbers I might have to enter a long drive competition. 335 carry and 343 total is insane.
  14. I will have to try some extra neck stretches. Thankfully mine wasn’t that bad but still a hindrance.
  15. I have been on a real grind lately. I have been playing at least 2 times a week while doing the training and fighting through injuries and taking care of family life before I leave for a deployment wiith the military. Not a good combination. I keep having the reoccuring next strain which usually isnt too bad but I can definitely feel it. I have tried to focus on what might be causing it but all I can come up with is that i'm a beast and swing too hard lol. I already considered golfers true athletes but it goes to show that if you're swining that hard you need to be in great physical form to keep it up. I actually have a mid foot sprain now as well on my left foot but I think it was from playing in soggy conditions and my feet kept slipping out. It feels a lot better and hasn't really hindered my training, at least I don't think it has. This level 2 protocol just makes me realize I need better conditioning. I am shot and sweating like I ran a marathon after i'm done. Almost to the point where the last driver swings feel like I have nothing left to put into them. I was seeing significant gains in the level 1 protocol but seemed to level off big time. I am extremely happy to be hitting some of the numbers that I am but I feel as if the added swings just take too much out of me while training. Once I head into the maintinance phase I will be happy to stay where my numbers are and just work on my consistency more. I was really hoping I could break that 125 mph number and with only a couple training sessions left we shall see. I also go back to work next monday after having the summer off (i work in a high school) so trying to get my training done before that since it will be long day. Hopefully getting one in today and then the last one in on friday fingers crossed.
  16. Date 08/04/2023 Course Name Beekman golf course Gross Score 78 Course Handicap 10 Gross Strokes over/under par 6 Net Score to Par -4 Net Score 68 Net Birdies or better 8 Longest Drive 323 I was feeling great front 9 had a few small errors but back nine I was riding a high with 3 birdies then completely blew up on the last two holes but still tied my record low of 78. My handicap is dropping so fast recently I just hope I can keep this play up. I do have to admit that my drive this week was on a long downhill par 5.
  17. Date 08/01/2023 Course Name Beekman Golf Course Gross Score 80 Course Handicap 11 Gross Strokes over/under par 8 Net Score to Par -3 Net Score 69 Net Birdies or better 7 Longest Drive 309 I love that I hit zero fairways on the front 9 and had a fantastic score for me. I really wasn’t happy about 3 putting for a double on the back 9 though. The weather was perfect the driver felt good even though I didn’t hit many fairways.
  18. @GolfSpy TCB I just posted my score from yesterday and I see my post there but I don't see my name showing up on the leaderboard. Any thoughts or insight would be greatly appreciated.
  19. Date 07/22/2023 Course Name Fountain Green Golf Course Gross Score 83 Course Handicap 13 Gross Strokes over/under par 12 Net Score to Par -1 Net Score 70 Net Birdies or better 7 Longest Drive Special Event I am away for training with the military and we had one free day and thankfully I brought my clubs and was able to get out on the course that is on base. It wasn't the best but had some fun shots and beautiful scenery. I would definitely play it again if I am in the area again.
  20. Good morning all, sorry I have been a little m.i.a. recently but I am away at training with no computer. I was able to complete two level 2 trainings so far and I feel good about my dominant side step but it’s another learning process for the non dominant side. I am also noticing that I don’t have a ton of energy that I normally would with the long days we are having here. I don’t want to fall behind on my training but feel as if I am not putting out the numbers I possibly could. Although last night I got some PR’s for ball speed and smash factor. 182mph ball speed and 1.49 smash factor. I want that elusive 1.50 before the training is over. I know they may not be the main goals but I like to challenge myself personally. I will update numbers when I get a chance, keep up the good work everyone.
  21. Every once in awhile I would get the same thing, I had numbers in the 150 range for club head. I wonder if it’s just reading the ball instead of the club head. I noticed it only happened if my swing wasn’t the best, so maybe not enough of the path was in the radar? Idk just thinking out loud.
  22. I will definitely look into these, I only have windows computers so we shall see. Probably won’t be for a few weeks once I get home but I will post it once I do. I appreciate the help, thank you.
  23. Alright, my first five weeks are done and I am absolutely seeing a difference out on the course. I am following through with my hips more than I ever was and also have more distance off the tee. One thing I wasn't really expecting was that I have also become more accurate off the tee as well. Hard to say whether that is from this training or the lessons I recently got or maybe just a combination but either way I like it. For the numbers from starting out till now have been a roller coaster. My initial swing speed with the driver was 119 and in my last session my before swing speed was 122 but the after speed was 125. I am not sure what number I should be using to calculate my increase but either way it increased. The speedstick numbers are the ones that really blow my mind though. Getting the light stick up to 135 is crazy and the heavy stick is now higher than my starting driver speed. From week 1 to 5 each club saw about a 5-7 mph increase over that time. I have recommended this to a bunch of my friends already, although idk if I want them getting better than me, lol. I leave this friday for my two week training for the military. I am brining the sticks, PRGR, Hitting net, balls and my Driver. I am just hoping i'm not too tired from the days we will have in order to have good training sessions. I am looking forward to seeing if I can make those numbers get even higher. I really want to hit above 125mph with the driver. I have hit it multiple times now and just can't seem to get it any higher. I like the video @MsWalkrOfSky did. I might try to get something like that going for one of my training sessions as well. It might be good for people to see what my swings look like at the speeds im hitting. I have no idea how to edit them and add number like she did but I will do my best. (I forgot to add this picture from my last session!!)
