  1. Thanks for sharing. This is so true, I barely remember what score I shot a week ago, I'm definitely not remembering what the people I played with shot All you can do is work on your own game, forget what other people think.
  2. 'Loft jacking' has become common among manufacturers of new irons (from what I've read). There is almost a once club difference in loft for my new irons compared to my last set. At some point, it'd be easier just to write the loft on the club and ditch the 3,4,...,9,PW,AW lingo.
  3. I had a similar issue last season. I got new irons and made the mistake of getting the same set makeup. The problem was that the new iron lofts were much higher than my old set. That left me with a gap between my PW (41*) and my 50*. I quickly filled that with the set's AW (46*). However, I now had to decide whether to remove the 60* or the 3HY. I opted to remove the 60* because it rarely comes out of my bag and that I can use my 56* for most everything I use my 60* for. As the season progresses, I'm sure I'll figure out if I made the correct decision or not. Looking forward to some warmer weather soon here in Wisconsin!
  4. I use 18 birdies every round. It syncs with my Apple Watch, so I just have to look at my watch to get distances. I don't like having to shoot a range finder for every shot, plus I'm not good enough to need that precise of a distance. I've tried a few different apps, and found 18 birdies is the best for me.
