L.A.B. DF3 Putters - 2024 Forum Review
Hendu33 replied to GolfSpy_APH's topic in Forum Testing Reviews
Very curious how the LAB putters perform. -
Do you work in the golf world? Or Wish You Did?
Hendu33 replied to Rob Person's topic in The 19th Hole
I work 2 to 3 days a week at the Running Y (Arnold Palmer course) in Klamath Falls Oregon. I am the Marshall ( Head Cat Herder) and Starter. I also provide Valet services plus on request I take client's out on the course to show them where the dead elephants are buried on the greens. Love my job as I get to meet new people and the perks are obvious. We are the best course in Southern Oregon and our staff aim's to please. If your interested in a inexpensive destination with a great layout hit us up. You will not disappointed! -
Currently streaming Shogun on Hulu.

Golfspy_CG2 NEEDS a new Putter---Help!
Hendu33 replied to Golfspy_CG2's topic in General Equipment Talk
I personally love my Taylormade Spider. But I would suggest going to your favorite pro and take a couple putters for test drive. Putting is about feel and if doesn't feel right at the store or pro shop it will not on the course. 2nd if possible demo that putter on the course. If possible get fitted. Lots of variations and weight options can be available depending on the type you choose and then match that with a comfortable grip. Nothing worse than buying new $300 plus putter than retiring it to your garage because you did not do your homework. -
Hard to remember all these but here we go: BEST: 5. Callaway Big Bertha driver (Hard to miss a fairway very workable) 4. Cleveland TA5 irons (loved the sound on a well struck ball) 3. TaylorMade Tour Irons from 2012 (Still in use but thinking about upgrading hard to leave the one you love!) 2. TaylorMade Spider putter (10 years old but who cares I putt well with it) 1. TaylorMade Stealth II ( Gained 12 yds as soon as I put in bag. I am 66yrs young but I carry my drives 260yds with this club. It's my fountain of youth!) Worst: 5. Nomad Irons ( Not sure why I bought these but I did as they were a Ping design knockoff. 4. Nike Sasquatch ( I did not purchase but won at a tourney. Took about two months to give to the next victim!) 3. Nike golf shoes early Tiger Woods( Most uncomfortable shoe ever) 2. Nike One golf Balls ( No need to explain) 1. Strata Golf balls ( Even though I played these a lot I hated how felt off the wedge and putter) Wor

Hello to all forum members. What are your thoughts in regards to the 2024 Waste Management tournament? You cannot deny the golf was great! Considering how the weather effected playing conditions. Do you believe the tournament represents the PGA and our game well? Should a limit be placed on alcohol sales at the event? Have the organizer's sacrificed etiquette purely for ticket sales and TV ratings? ( Will you watch or attend next year?) Was it a good example for junior golfers? How does the Waste Management help the PGA separate itself from LIV? What ever happened to the "Golf Clap"? I cannot wait to hear back from you all.

I carry Taylormade SB-12 in 56 and 52 degree with a 60 degree Vokey SM5.

I play 4 to 5 days a week. I try to clean my grips every 2 weeks using dishwasher soap and a soft brush. For me that keeps my grips tacky and playable.

VERY beginner help
Hendu33 replied to bbarth11's topic in Lessons, Drills, Mental Game, and Fitness Tips
Golf pass has a ton of tutorials available as does You Tube. (Some of the best YouTube content is Trevino's) If he is serious about playing better getting lessons from a Pro are key. Then he can use the vast amount of video out there to improve different aspects of his game.
