  1. I personally like to get there an hour before. I dont like to rush as it seems to hurt my game, so i take it leisurely. I breakdown my warm up session as noted below: 15 mins stretching 15 mins wedge irons 10 mins Driver/woods 15 mins on putting Then Im off to the first tee.
  2. I am sure there are some around the Northeast Alabama area, but I have not run across them.
  3. I carry probably 4 dozen balls in my bag, and yes its a very heavy bag. The reason behind my madness, is that I primarily play at a Robert trent Jones golf course. The short course alone has water that comes into play on 7 of the 9 holes. Needless to say that many have gone off to a watery grave. Another reason is that when I miss one into the trees I tend to find 3 while Im in there, so they go into the bag and I just never take them out.
  4. We had a course here that was great for beginner golf. Was 12 dollars to play 9 walking. I believe it was 20 with a cart for 9. We called it the goat ranch (not the real name). I wish we had one of those courses around here now, id play it everyday. $90 a round is to over the top for me to play.
  5. I do agree with your assessment, higher prices but not better course conditions.
  6. Interesting data to say the least. Being in the golf industry i will say that the price of fertilizer, sand, herbicides and so forth have all gone up. So in order to keep the same profit margins green fees have to keep pace.
  7. Great review. Seems to be both balls play equally given the data. I wouldnt be surprised at all if any ball used stacks up the same.
  8. maybe it is just me or the putters i have purchased but i dont think that i have ever felt the shaft bend or deflect while putting. possibly another factor to consider is that i dont usually play on greens that are 30 yards long either which would required a harder stroke at the ball.
  9. there is absolutely no way i could look at that thing while i am putting.
  10. I guess, i went back and looked at a post of yours before the runner putter test started and it said you were using the runner putter. I guess when an update occurs it updates all your previous post profile information.
