The long awaited wait is over I have returned. Wife is now healthy all surgeries were sucessful and I have returned to golf more than once a week.

Oh my Lord! If you can't make it to the Texas Open. I can stop by your place on the way. We could have one heck of a night in jasper with two bottles of the good stuff. Your just south of I-10 before Houston, right?

TPC Oaks was awesome!, The Republic the next day was fantastic. Played Northern Hills in the league today, and won! Sweet.

Played Northcliff today. In the beggining my timing sucked as did my second shot. By hole 7 the Cobra AMP Cells had me playing really, really good! Heading over to TPC Oaks, San Antonio tomorrow for a round.

My last partner is tranferring to Mexico City tomorrow. Today he brought me a gift, wow what a guy. Never had this one before but I do drink a lot of Jack D.

Hats off to WD for this thread. I have only tried a couple hundred Scotch whisky's and can only remember about half. When you go sampling in Scotland it's easy to get past the point of remembering them. When drinking in the pub remember 'never draw your dirk when a blow will do' ~ Grand dad

The league played Salado at Ft. Sam on Tuesday had a banner day of golf! Made some of the best chips ever.

Played Windcrest yesterday. Unfortunate day for golf, good day for whiskey.

I played Brackenridge with my Tuesday golf league yesterday. I won the long drive hole (315 with a Callaway Hyper-X), the closest to the pin (17 inches away 122 yard with a Gap Wedge 47°). I managed to birdie both of those holes but had a triple bogie on another one. You know what they say “A man's got to take a lot of punishment to write a really funny bookâ€. As if my game wasn't enough I wore my Boo Weekly camo golf shirt today. Yes, no quarter was given.
