This is my life. Have a weekly game with two of my friends after work. We play 5/3/1 and even with two spotters, there's always a direction into the sun where its just spray and pray.

Always have to stretch, at the very least. If there's no range option, I will place a tee in the grass at variable lengths and take some practice swings, making sure to clip the tee in the process.
