Pre-shot routines where the person gets set, addresses the ball, takes a practice swing. THEN steps away from the ball, goes behind the ball while taking small swings, checks the alignment. THEN addresses the ball again, takes a practice swing or two, THEN finally hits the ball. One old playing partner added almost 30 minutes to the round with his 30 second routine.
