  1. Well, well, well, that's pretty much everyone wants to improve. I have been using the Callaway Edge Set. Here is what you get. It consists of the following clubs: Titanium Silver 3-Wood 5-Hybrid 4 Cavity Back Irons (6-9 irons) Pitching Wedge Sand Wedge Odyssey White Hot Pro Putter with SuperStroke grip Great value for money you can add to your bag. Second, the quality is also quite good. I have shifted to other sets but I have used this for more than 2 years. My Reviews: Best for Beginners and Mid Handicappers. You will never regret your purchase. Also, you can check the complete review at https://golfgearz.com/callaway-edge-review/ But I would also suggest you go with other options it's my take as I have already used this product. Like @GolfSpy_APH said you can also go for Stealth Irons.
  2. BAD: If you try to hit the ball straight in front of your right foot, the cocking will come undone, and the club will come in from the outside and pull it inside. GOOD: Practicing hitting the ball in front of your right foot is only meaningful if you approach it with your hands first. The face is square with respect to the orbit, so it is correct to point slightly to the right. What's your take on to this?
  3. It is delight to watch this course. It's a therapy the sound in the background and the course has so much peace in itself. ✌
  4. I got my wrist swollen up on Saturday. I cock up the wrists too early, which is a common culprit for many amateur golfers. Let me know what injuries you have while playing the golf. I am calling off all the amateur golfers, not the regular ones.
  5. I am hunting for a high-quality golf club set. I have been practicing golf again after 3 years and am now looking for a new Golf Set. I have a good budget for this and have seen many blogs on which one to choose. Let me know what golf set you are using and which one is the best one.
  6. As a fellow passionate golfer who plays 3 days a week, I would absolutely recommend joining your local golf club. There are so many valuable benefits gained beyond just having access to play the course. Firstly, joining as a member immerses you into a genuine golf community filled with new friendships and mentors who are always eager to help improve your game through tips or playing together. The social connections around our shared love for golf create memories that last a lifetime. Secondly, membership includes great perks like discounted range privileges to practice whenever you wish, early bookings on desired weekend tee times, eligibility to play club tournaments, and special rates on equipment, apparel or lessons. These extras help maximize your golf experience. Most importantly, a home club fosters a sense of golfing pride. Having full playing privileges lets you truly invest yourself into learning all of the course's intricacies through repeatedly playing in multiple conditions. There is no better feeling than shooting your best score on tracks where you have history carved into the land. So if you have the passion and are currently playing at least twice a month, make sure to seriously consider joining up with your local club. You'll unlock amazing bonuses while becoming part of a valued golf society that warmly opens its arms to committed members seeking camaraderie and self-improvement in the game we cherish.
  7. Oh, the worst weather I've ever played golf in? That would have to be the monsoon from hell in the summer of '17. And let me tell you, Noah and his silly little ark had NOTHING on what Mother Nature unleashed that day. I'm talking rain coming down in sheets so heavy you couldn't see your ball after it left the clubface. Sideways wind gusts are strong enough to blow your hat two counties over. Non-stop lightning flashes brighter than the sun, and booming thunder is loud enough to wake the dead. It was biblical, I tell you! But did a silly little thing like the possibility of being struck by lightning or blown into the next time zone stop me and the guys from finishing our round? Heck no! We bundled up in rain gear, put on our big boy waterproof pants, and slogged all 18 holes like the dedicated golf warriors we are. By the end, we were soaked down to our skivvies. There was a small lake in each shoe. And I swear my club grips were growing mould. But we survived! And we now wear that day like a badge of honour. Because only the truly crazy golf die-hards play through a storm that would make Noah shutter. So next time a few sprinkles start falling, remember us warrior boys and keep on golfing!
  8. While laser rangefinders and GPS devices have increased yardage accuracy and course management assistance to both pro and amateur players, skilled caddies still provide invaluable services that technology cannot replicate. Rangefinders simply display raw numbers - but experienced caddies interpret situational meaning from those numbers. What a reliable caddie offers includes: Hole Strategies: Advising on best angles of attack based on pin positions, conditions and the player's capabilities - not just a blind number. They formulate risk-reward tactics personalized to each shot beyond just stock yardage. Shot Recommendations: Based on extensive course experience, a caddie suggests specific clubs to match required carry distances given present circumstances. They understand player tendencies and who to guide more aggressively or conservatively. Green Reading: No device reads contours and slopes like an experienced caddie who has watched thousands of putts on the same surfaces. Their feel for the way balls release remains unmatched by any tech. Equipment & Yardage Gapping: Caddies organize optimized bag selection before rounds to properly gap clubs based on total yardages expected for that course to help shotmaking. Calming Influence: Emotionally, they help players decompress tension, frustration, or rattled nerves to rebuild focus amid challenges. Rangefinders cannot instill mental resilience. While rangefinder data rightly guides modern strategy with increased accuracy over naked eye estimates, it does not replace the contextual guidance and emotional support effective caddies have always provided - and top players still heavily rely upon. Tech targets flagsticks; caddies target titles and legacies. And that is why caddies remain integral despite innovations. The human element endures.
  9. Recently I got Mizuno JPX923 Iron and will share my detailed reviewed on the forum soon. Right now, I am super happy with the performance.
  10. It's been a while since I have been practising golf. Now, I am looking to practice golf professionally and got some budget to buy some new balls. I am finding the best golf ball and looking for some suggestions and reasons why you are using that particular golf ball. Which ball you are using? Let me know! Delete if not allowed.
  11. I am happy to share that my mom recently gifted me Mizuno JPX923. How many of you using it? Any suggestions are always welcome.
  12. Always choose wisely. Your game style will help you in choosing the right product. In my personal opinion, CALLAWAY ROGUE ST MAX is the best one. But as I am using this so that's the best one for me. Also, I have used Callaway GBB too and that's pretty decent.
  13. Finding Therapy on the Fairways! Like many middle age girls, life was starting to stress me out. Demanding job, financial pressures mounting, teenage kids always bickering, and my lower back pain flaring up whenever I bent to pick up laundry off the floor. I felt anxious and trapped in a repetitive grind. Where had the "fun" gone? A glimmer of inspiration hit again after catching a snippet on the office TV of golf highlights from some rain-soaked PGA tournament. I reminisced those carefree summers in high school when my buddies and I would sneak onto the local public golf course with borrowed clubs and hack our way around 9 holes, not keeping score. We just enjoyed smacking balls under the warm sun playing in the woods away from responsibilities. I now had some extra income as an adult, so I decided to dip my toes back into golf, hoping it could provide some escapism and therapy for my stressed-out life. I watched some YouTube tutorials, fitted for new clubs properly, and booked my first tee time. Like I have experience and did played for 4 consecutive years I have to drop as my aunt is no more to take care of my expenses. Stepping up to that first drive was nerve-wracking after nearly 3 years off, but I made solid contact and watched it sail nicely down the fairway. A sense of pride and nostalgia washed over me. Yes, I still remember how to play this game! My scorecard was ugly that first round, but I didn't care. Walking the sweeping expanses of manicured grass, towering trees, chirping birds, water hazards, and sand traps let my mind stop churning. Challenges came from reading greens, judging wind, and positioning your feet - not from impatient bosses, long commutes or ungrateful children. It was just me versus the course. Now 3 years later, golf remains my refuge, the highlight of my week - win or lose. My swing mechanics still need polish but being immersed outside amidst such beauty renews my patience. My back feels better thanks to the core fitness required. And the calm confidence built stroking pressure putts strangely helps me negotiate hectic work projects. That first step back into golf to ease my middle-aged mind was the best therapy decision I had ever made. I should have returned years earlier. But better late than never to regain and recommit to your bliss. In the end - GOLF IS A THERAPY FOR ME!
  14. Well, I don't have kids! However, I was 13 when I first visited a Golf Course in Houston with my aunt. But my experience with the golf is way too bad at starting as this one has so much technicalities and so much to learn. My aunt has taught me about the game and she joined me Creek Golf Club. Since my dad is in Navy so I spend a lot of time with my aunt.
