I did just that, got fitted for new irons with TaylorMade , went with stiff graphite shafts, didn’t loose yardage but didn’t gain as much yardage as I should have getting fitted but my dispersion was great, a lot more accurate.

Just switched to graphite with my new irons, p790, Mitsubishi MMT 75g stiff. A lot more accuracy. Love these.

Never in my life would I ever have thought I would be actually typing this out, but after being fitted for graphite shafts not long ago, I may never go back. They are MMT 70 gram shafts tipped to be stiffer and boy are they awesome. Second time out on the course with them yesterday and I shot a best/lowest ever 81.
