  1. Even though I would love to take tips from guys like Grant, Rick Shiels or Peter Finch it is hard to translate it to my game. I am a learner that likes physical cues, feeling something that is repeatable. Theory is great but I don't learn a lot that way without the feedback and correction. I love YouTube golf though(which is why I started a thread on it) to watch good golf be entertained. I have certainly watched more golf as a result. I do however think equipment reviews on YouTube are tremendous helpful especially when unbiased like Rick.
  2. Feel your pain. Haha. Was hopeful, now, not so much. Hope Tiger could make a run on moving day.
  3. Welcome. Pretty new myself and have enjoyed the interaction and the insights.
  4. It's here and is a beauty. Can wait to get it on the greens.
  5. This is really cool well done!
  6. Luke now gone from GG. They seem to have lost a bit of momentum and are in a bit of a content rut. I have skipped to the end of some of their latest videos. GM golf solo content is even a little better right now.
  7. Just started here myself man. Great community so far. Looking forward to discovering with you in parallel. Happy 2024 season.
  8. Congrats. New here myself and finding so much useful info.
  9. Ditto ...should be getting mine soon can't wait to use it. What colour did you get? I got green with white Accra shaft and pistol Grip.
  10. I really like Luke as well...he is a tremendous golfer. I look forward to seeing if he is the one that won that Myrtle Beach qualifier. I know he loves sarcasm and it is funny at time but I think it is excessive sometimes on the Good Good videos. His standalone channel is better in that regard.
  11. Wondering what YouTube golf folks watch. What is your go to? Guilty pleasure? I have been watching a lot over the past year. My main go tos are Rick Sheils, Grant Horvat, Good Good, BustaJack and Bryan Bros. I like to see equipment reviews with Rick and Peter Finch and the guilty pleasure is definitely Bob Does Sports. BDS is pretty relatable. Would be a lot of fun being on that crew. Something about YouTube golf makes me feel more connected to it. Maybe it is because we get to witness thought processes, be "inside the ropes" in some regards and get closer to the ins and outs of every shot. Curious to hear what others think and to maybe discover new channels.
  12. I saw LAB putters there but didn't enquire about fitting as I was already fitted remotely. I chose DF3 over Mezz 1 because it is their trademark model and everything I read said that it is the most forgiving. All models are lie angle balanced and should stay on path so it is really personal preference on aesthetic more than anything. I liked the green and the fact it had the ability to pick up balls as well...though I fully expect to drain everything now .
