  1. So are both drivers recommended to be considered the "BEST" fit possible? I'm not sure I understand which one they are telling me I should try. Two drivers ... two different sets of numbers obtainable.
  2. I was really happy to be a part of this start up. I know it's a Version 1 but you guys did a fabulous job compiling all the data for quite some time. My only question was the two driver heads that it spits out ... are they the BEST fit? Or is one the Best fit & the other the great fit? Only reason I ask that is both of them show an increase in distance gained (+8.77 vs +20.03) & accuracy (+8.17% & +2.94%) but of course not the same. But the total distance is the same. (276 yards) BTW .... I would never have considered the Srixon drivers.
  3. This was the way sets were made back when I was growing up in the late 70's & early 80's. I played the odd numbered clubs for the longest time as a kid. Driver, 3-wood, 3, 5, 7, 9 & wedge, putter. It taught me to manufacture shots. To the OP's original question, I think adding it to 16 clubs wouldn't be the best idea. Just would create more confusion if you ask me. 98% of the people I play with haven't the slightest idea how far they hit their clubs, especially their wedges. Adding another one in there to "fill the gap" really isn't the answer. One of those wedges in that series I'm sure you don't play that often to constitute carrying it ... like many that carry a 60 or 64* wedge. How often do you hit that club? Can't you open a 56* to obtain the same shot?

  6. You're a hoot! Lol Sent from my SM-G955U using Tapatalk
  7. We can always play the same tee on those holes that are for prizes. Lol Sent from my SM-G955U using Tapatalk
  8. LL .... I'll join you back there if ya want.
  9. What's everyone's poison? 6859 yards - Black 6454 yards - Blue 6001 yards - White There is enough trouble for me to find on this course. I'm all in for any set of tees ... but I'm looking for an enjoyable round, so I'm voting for WHITE.
  10. I'm sure Rob has something up his sleeve
  11. Great to hear you will make the trip! I know we will have a boat load of laughs with your banter Looking forward to having a few with you buddy
  12. It's almost that time boys! Time to hit that little white ball (or whatever color you desire), chase after it & hit it again. All in the company of my fellow Spies! Looking forward to it! Also, I haven't played this course since the early '80s .... so I'm sure it's changed a bit.
  13. I'm up to 8 pairs right now. Really only 4 in the rotation ... depending on what I'm wearing to play that day. Mrs Nut thinks I'm weird! I will be ordering a new white pair & also a custom FJ pair with some RED in it somewhere. I wear red all the time but no shoes to match! HA!
  14. I was fully expecting @Wahoo to be in the mix! I wanted to hear his banter
  15. Yep. Heat killed me that weekend. Almost literally .. drove myself to the hospital that afternoon. Sent from my SM-G955U using Tapatalk
  16. Can't take it as far as to match the tire tread to the ATV that was supposedly used to do it? That's straight up vandalism that I would prosecute to the fullest extent! I hate seeing that on a golf course. Someone did that to one of the greens at Army & Navy CC when I worked there back in the day. I hated it because it took us nearly a month to repair the green and fairway where they did their doughnuts. And I was one of the one's that had to repair it ... took up so much time. The damn old timers at the club were very impatient about how long it takes to repair. I don't know if they were ever caught either. This was back in the early 80's ... way before cell phone cameras & trail cams. Had to use old fashioned police investigation. HA!
  17. Oh I have no doubt. Rob is the biggest club-ho I have ever witnessed. I might have a bunch of Titleist stuff stashed away & in my bag ... but he has a new OEM every other month. At least I stick with one. HA! Group pic sounds like a good idea. Will be glad to finally put some faces to names. Even though I will forget by the end of the day ... but hey, I'll know it for a few hours.
  18. I knew you already had updated that to reflect the 7. I was looking to fill the last spot! 2 foursomes [emoji848] Sent from my SM-G955U using Tapatalk
  19. We get another yet? I've put out the word but no takers. I don't get it
  20. Can't wait to see some folks as well. Some new & some old. Oh yeah ... you too Rob! HA! Sent from my SM-G955U using Tapatalk
  21. I've asked around as well and people are either out of town or with other plans. I hate to do it cause I want to play with you guys but if it comes down to it, I can bow out. Just so you guys can play as a 4-some. Hopefully others commit Sent from my SM-G955U using Tapatalk
  22. Can we play with a 5-some? Cause that's gonna suck if we don't get anymore committed.
  23. I'm going to call Odyssey and find out who won. Where's my putter?? Sent from my SM-G955U using Tapatalk
