I didn't start noticing it until late 50's. Luckily it's not that bad except for knees/Hip. Hands/fingers control with OTC drugs, mostly Aleve right now.I've known folks who where in their teens with terrible arthritis pain. Sent from my iPhone using MyGolfSpy

We had only a 4some this morning, nice weather low humidity. We all did OK on 1st hole, 3 pars, I Bogie. Then all hell broke lose, nobody could hit a ball it may have varied a bit but we all played like garbage. At the turn one of the guys just took the scorecards and threw them away. Got the usual “old fart” stuff. Right knee needs replacement, left knee in a few years. Right hip replacement sometime when pain gets too much. I'm in no rush for any operation, seen too many go bad. Left shoulder has bone spur problems, just got finished with PT which works pretty good. Last year came down with some sort of bacterial infection which was misdiagnosed and the medication dam near killed me. I'm still on some meds because the infection likes to return. Only problem with the meds is they kick my butt and I fall asleep easily. If I play a four hour round I need a nap immediately. After a short nap I'm OK for a while. It's a PIA but better than it's been for the past year. BTW can't drive for a while as I get drowsy quickly. Sent from my iPhone using MyGolfSpy
