Good morning spies, Had a bit of sleep in today. Coffee on in the 3 seasons room while a thunderstorm passes through Central NY. No golf on the horizon. But there’s always next week. Wishing all a great day.

Not gonna lie. I almost immediately flashed on this clip. The most useless stuff I remember from years and years ago and then find on the internet but something asked of me 5 minutes ago by SWMBO, gone.

Good morning spies, One cup down and one to go. ️ Our goodest boy, Riley, turns 14 today. His birthday walk is delayed by rain. I had hoped to golf today but the home course is hosting a tournament. Hopefully the rain will let up so I can get out to my backup course. Wishing all a great day.

Good morning Spies, Walking Riley early then coffee. He turns 14 tomorrow. There is a grilled chicken breaded with his name on it. No steak as it really upsets his digestive system Played nine yesterday. Finally getting off the tee without getting in trouble. It’s the small details. The fix was keeping my left arm straight. Seriously golf, WTH!?!? Wishing all a fantastic day.

While in San Francisco and you are exploring the North Beach area I can recommend the Original Joes for Italian food. My dad grew up in North Beach which is the Italian neighborhood in the City. And if you are in the area early the focaccia at Liguria Bakery is the BEST. They remain open until they sell out. I grew up on their focaccia. My last time there I got a slab of the plain for lunch. The House of Prime Rib on Van Ness Avenue is another SF favorite. Across the street from Aquatic Park is a bar called the Buena Vista which is famous for their Irish Coffee. It’s right near Ghirardelli Square. Oh and the absolute best view of the Golden Gate Bridge is from Lincoln Park Golf Course. The Legion of Honor art museum is there as well and they have Rodin’s Thinker in the court yard. If you explore the Presidio of San Francisco there is a Disney museum there now in what was my barracks when I was stationed there. Lucas Films has an office there now as well. The Golden Gate Bridge makes land on the SF side on the Presidio. Under the south end of the bridge is Ft. Point National Historic Site. It was active starting with the gold rush up until WWII.

Riley will walk 2 to 3 miles so we are between 1.5 to 2 hours. I pack water for him.

Scoma’s in Sausalito was the restaurant of choice for my senior prom. We then attended the prom at the Embarcadero Hyatt Regency. The lobby was used as the the lobby in The Towering Inferno.

Good morning Spies, Up early to walk my dog before the heat of the day kicks in. Riley is not a fan of the heat. When there is snow on the ground he could walk forever. Coffee will be enjoyed post walk. Wishing all a great day.

I recently purchased a JBL Clip for my golf bag. I enjoy music on the course but I’m cognizant of those around me and I don’t play it loud. So clearly music on the course is fine by me.

Greetings Spies, Talk our dog for a walk before the heat of the day kicks in. He turns 14 this week. Two cups down while watching The Open Championship. Saturday was chore day. We washed all the windows. We have 31 to do but relaxed in the pool afterwards while enjoying a cold beer. I skipped golf league on Friday in favor of a date night with SWMBO. We had nice dinner and enjoyed sunset from Oswego, NY on Lake Ontario.

Good morning Spies, First cuppa down. Second cuppa was had on the golf course. Perfect day for 9. I discovered a swing flaw halfway through and started finding fairways again off the tee. So that was nice. Costco run later today. Need to restock the golf balls . My wife and I had a wonderful conversation with our son last night. He has a one month left in nursing school and is itching to get out and working. His dream job is in an ER at a level 1 or level 2 trauma center. A couple of his instructors have offered to write letters of recommendation for some of the area hospitals. It is pretty gratifying as a parent to see one's child grow into an adult. Good morning Spies, Dog walk done. First cup down one to go. Played 9 yesterday. I was ready to quit the game for good on the 5th hole. Then proceeded to play much better the rest of the way in. So to steal from Luke Combs. “I hate golf. I quit golf. I can’t wait to play tomorrow.” Wishing all a wonderful day.

Good save. I have a two Bialetti Moka pots, a 3 cup and a 1 cup. I got the 3 cup from a friend’s estate sale. I discovered that drinking the 3 cup in a mug leads to an extremely wired Matt so I bought a 1 cup. My wife doesn’t drink coffee.

Good morning and happy Friday Spies, Dog walked, BIG cup of coffee downed and ready to tackle the lawn. Which is 1.5 hours behind the mower and around 4 miles walked according to my Apple Watch. I have a 4:40 tee time in my church golf league. Wishing all a great day.

Good Morning Spies, No golf today. Dog walked Coffee going down as I type. Then will be donating blood after lunch. If you can donate, I’d encourage everyone to do so. I’ll hit the 3 gallon mark today in NY. I was hoping that donating would dilute my swing flaws but alas no. Wishing all great day!

Wow, we’ve been getting weather alerts about flooding but thankfully nothing in my area. Prayers for those affected.

Good Morning Spies, It’s pouring down rain here. No golf today. Tee times set for the week though. I really enjoyed watch the Women’s US Open last night. The charge by Charley Hull was fun to watch. Her 3 wood on 18. “Shy kids don’t get sweets.” Wishing all a fantastic day.

Good Morning Spies, Brewed a cup to go and headed out to the Sugar Top Bake Shoppe. It was wildlife day today. A fox and a deer crossed the road ahead of me on the way home. No golf today but a practice session is on tap. I will book tee times for the week though. wishing all a lovely day.
