I had a PXG prototype driver, worked really well for me, gave it to my son, after I purchased an Epic Speed. After a while I realized I made a mistake so when the Gen 5 dropped to $299 I bought the XF. Most stable driver I have ever hit, good distance too, even for my average swing speed. If you get the right shaft you will have a winner in your hands.

MaxfliX has to be the best ball for the money. I have played it about half of my rounds the past two years.

I tried to follow him on a couple of different websites but If anyone can understand Martin Ayers explanation of the golf swing they must be from a different planet. Hank Haney has promoted numerous swing aids and techniques over the years.

I play the evenflow blue on my PXG driver, it feels a little smoother than the hzrdus black which I had in a previous driver. I have the hzrdus black 70 grams in my 3 wood and 80 grams in my hybrid. All are regular flex. Like both the evenflow and black shafts. They perform similar they just feel different to me. I think a quicker tempo would favor the black.

I bought the PGX 0811x Prototype really like it, stock Evenflow shaft, my son tried it and bought one for $229 on their website. I agree that you should take a look. You can spend twice as much from the big companies if you want and not get a better driver. $500-$700 for a new driver is too much for me.

Morning,
I have been following MGS for a few years, use it to keep up to date to things in Golf especially the ratings on clubs, balls, etc
Have purchased Callaway Epic Woods, Mizuno Wedges, Nike Irons, Spider Putter, Vice and Snell balls. The equipment fits my swing speed and putting stroke.
I like being informed as to why something feels good and may work for me.

One of my playing partners uses a CS Wilson South City with very good results for several years. I always had trouble with the shaft so close to the being so close to the ball at address but I bought a lab df3 and I am getting adjusted to it. I have also heard people say the CS putter works better with a left hand low grip.
