Tee Height Test Discussion Thread
pj_engel replied to Tarheelvolvo's topic in General Equipment Talk
Short tees, tighten the fairway around 320–380, and plant trees near the tee boxes so they have to shape drives if they are longer hitters. -

Great feedback, especially the perceptions of people you play with. I’m very tempted now and will try their demo program to test it myself a bit. Sent from my iPhone using MyGolfSpy -

How long have you been playing golf? What’s your handicap or normal score? I've been playing golf since 1996 which was my senior year in high school. I had a step-father who was obsessed with golf and the team's schedule included a country club that would create some envy to leverage with him. My handicap index is 6.1 but my recent average scores have been hovering in the low 80's. What do you love about golf? I love that golf often sends you through every emotion in one round. What brings you to MyGolfSpy? Do you already know any other Spies? I came here to see real reviews with data that is more scientific and not paid for. I don't know any other spies, but it seems that Tony C. lives just up the highway from me. Where are you from? What is your home course? I live in upstate New York, Schenectady, and my home course is Pinehaven Country Club. What are the best and worst things about golf in your region? Best thing about golf in my region is access to great classic layouts by well known designers. What do you do for a living? I'm a graphic design that specializes in branding and packaging. How’d you pick your user name? It's the same handle I use on social media. -
This design is for the hip hop fans out there and is called Me, Myself, and Dye. If this doesn't ring a bell, it is a spin-off of the De La Soul album cover for 3 Feet High and Rising. It could do well as a crossover product with the Malbon, Origins Golf, or possibly the AmpCaddy crowd.

Is there an official rules sheet for this? Who owns the rights to the designs submitted? Does the winning designer get one or a handful of their headcovers?

I've gotten information on the contrary. One example: https://link.springer.com/article/10.1007/s13311-015-0387-1

My point was that the advantages it provides is the same as listening to music while playing golf.

I'm not sure if I'm the first to say it, but using CBD oil for the calming effects should be the same as playing music while golfing. Whether you are calming your nerves to eliminate the yips or following the beat of the music to help with your swing tempo, it's in the same vein and should be subject to the same rules. Either make it illegal or make both legal.
