Good morning all, hope everyone had a good Mother’s Day weekend. Got a lot done in the front yard that my wife really wanted done. We had an island that was just overgrown and blocked the house. All by hand and needless to say some of not often used body parts are pretty dang sore Make it a good one all!

Yea so they have more in depth programs but this is the one that attracted me to the program. I have kettle bells, resistance bands, a few dumbbells and a bike. It gives you options of different things like a row machine, bike and treadmill so long as you have one and the other equipment I listed is all I’ve needed which is nice. The app overall is good and is simple. I’ll be interested to jump into the other programs at some point to mix it up.

Diving deeper into the app has been good. After workouts there is a mobility section I have been trying to take a few mobility excercises and putting them in after a workout. bug focus for me has been spine and hip mobility but there is a ton in here for any area you want to focus on. This is an example of spine and shoulder group.

I saw they had a facebook page but not an instagram.

Was able to tag both VIctor Hills Country Club in Victor, NY. and Wood Wind Golf Club in Westfield, IN. which both had social media pages. The others did not have a page. Again if you are able to play and get pictures please post them here as well as the course your played! Would love to recognize as many courses as we can! PSA: Portrait pictures are better for social media posts if you could take any photos you want posted in portrait it would be appreciated!

Even on its worst day the U505 is a standout! (IMO) glad ya turned some stuff around hell of a round. Any chance ya can do a screen shot from your video on that hole for social media post? That’s a great shot with your bag right there in the video.

Unfortunately it’s not. I don’t believe you have to have a USGA handicap to join but the handicap is not official. you can still however play and you’ll be put into a flight after I think 3 tournaments if you don’t have a handicap.

I’ve played the 790s and now the forced tecs. Forced tecs for me are a much better fit strictly based on feel.

Morning all! Got yard work today in a beautful sunny 60 day. Was taking bushes out the other day and the roots grew through the light post we have….needless to say it toppled and needed to be replaced. Just finished that up this morning now just have to spruce up with some new plants after the kids dance classes this morning. Round tomorrow

Was a great round today. Beautiful 60 degree day. Overall no really glaring bad facet of the game today just had a couple poor holes and didn’t make the birds when I had the chance. Greens were toughhhhhh and was tough to hold them. Standout today was putting and off the tee:
