  1. did you first try it on a launch monitor? or did you go straight to the course?
  2. so with a new year, i didn't know if in addition to changing out clubs, how many of you try a new ball? I am very loyal to my make and brand, as it has the distance, spin, and trajectory that fits my game. I wouldn't want to be guessing about distance and spin rates when a friendly wager is on the line.
  3. So i play both a seven and even a 9 wood on occasion. Depends on the course, conditions, and your playing style. The woods have higher MOI then irons and they land softer. i have found them to be easier, more forgiving, and longer then comparable irons. I know people want workability, but i'm willing to sacrifice that in order to get a better score.

  8. I’m gaming the Z Star XV now, and its feel and spin are perfect for my swing. Dare i say that the ball might be the single most important piece of equipment in your bag Sent from my iPad using MyGolfSpy

  11. Doug Frazier/ Laguna Niguel CA/ USA Bettinardi Inovai 5.0 Ping Heppler Fetch: i have seen the Fetch in the shop and have been attracted by its stunning looks, great eyeline, and unique sound. There are so many factors that go into selecting what i feel is the most important club in the bag. Most individuals spend a majority of their time selecting a driver, when the putter accounts for at least fifty percent of your strokes. But in my opinion, a putter is the most personalized club in the bag. It has to fit your eye, sound good, feel good, look good.
