elight
I drive a Honda Odyssey minivan. (Like my golf equipment, I don't care what anyone thinks - it's very practical!) Although I can lay my bag flat across the bottom of the trunk, I often have other things in the trunk as well such as kids' sports equipment, groceries, my push cart, etc. It would be really nice to be able to stand the bag upright because it would have enough clearance. But I haven't been able to figure out a way to rig something up to support it. I tried some bungee cords but there just weren't enough points to attach them at the right angles on the car to really control the bag. Curious if anyone has any solutions they have been able to come up with for their minivan/SUV! Quote PXG 0211 driver, 5w, 6i-PW, GW, SW; Titleist H1 4h; Odyssey White Hot mallet. Rosey31
if you could figure a way to attach one of these either to the side of the van or the rear seat it might be a starting point. Bourbon_Soaked
I drive a tiny hatchback because I have a long commute and two kids in car seats still. My cargo area isn't big enough to hold my normal bag ( Sunday bag fits, just no woods). I have taken to putting the bag upright behind the passenger seat and using a bungee cord to hold it by clipping it to my daughter's car seat. You could try just using a bungee to the headreast bars and car seat back teather point.
