I like to get there about an hour before. Gives me time to warm up, work through my clubs, usually all the odd numbered clubs rather than all of them, do some chipping and putting. I find I play much better when I follow this routine

Absolutely! I’m practicing my techniques to ensure the kit all works well Thankfully though my Inspector is also golf mad so it won’t be an issue

The X5 does display what your score vs par is It can be seen here as +3

I’ve already worked that out. Just bring the clubs into work and do it there

@sirchunksalot Could be worth asking the garage that’s repairing the car to keep a sample of the fuel for you just in case it’s not covered on warranty and you need to try and put in a claim against the station

I’ve gotta give this a try. I’m trained in forensic auto crimes and we use various techniques to bring back VIN numbers that have been erased on stolen motors. One of these techniques uses electrolysis so I already have all the kit, and some special chemical solutions, to do this. Just need to find a way to make up the stencils

@sirchunksalot good to hear they sorted the issue with the car and hopefully it won’t be too expensive. Do you know where you got the gas from? Anyway of claiming the cost back from them? Hope it’s back on the road soon

@SDunne that’s great to hear. I found the alignment aid much more beneficial than the traditional 2D. I also had an Odyssey 2 ball previously and find it a lot easier to line up putts with the Runner The Runner, to me, seems to be far more consistent when judging distance and is definitely meaning less 3 putts. It seems to be a similar experience for you with managing no 3 putts! Let’s hope it continues

So having come across my monkey themed ball marker I also found the same design on a glove. Obviously I had to have it and gotta say not only does it look great but is a quality glove. Really soft leather, great feel and fits perfectly. Think it might now become my go to glove

Not sure about the V5 but the X5 shows your score vs par in the top left corner during a round. The his is just displayed as a number, +5 etc

@SDunne Great that you feel the Runner is improving your game and inspiring more confidence in your putting. Did you find that the putter makes your lag putts easier to judge? Do you feel that the alignment aid being 3D was more beneficial than the typical 2D alignment aid on a putter? Im interesting to hear your comments on these to be able to compare to my experience of the Runner

Not sure if anybody has a Motocaddy trolley AND a ghost bag but if so I would be interested to know if there is a way to mount the “easilock” Motocaddy pegs on the base of the ghost bag so this feature can be used

These were the marks on my Runner after the greens had been treated. My own fault for not cleaning ball/head before use so definitely worth noting
