Kootenayguy reacted to RickyBobby_PR in Hydration
Hydration is easy water plus electrolytes. Many ignore the electrolytes during a round and many also don’t hydrate enough in general and are always playing catchup.
There are tons of supplements for focus and concentration. Creatine, choline, ashwaganda, b vitamins, magnesium, caffeine
It’s a matter of determining what works for you, you could even consider some cbs products for that.
Beta blockers if you want to go that route.
A lot of it will come down the health choices one makes each day.

Kootenayguy reacted to tdc1 in Are people using software (Bots/scripts) to book tee times?
Unless it is absolutely required I won't use online booking. In person or by phone is my preference and often I can get a tee time that the software says is unavailable.

You’ll need to post the recipe that you develop if it works!

Been looking for the ideal formula but haven't been able to find it. Might just develop one myself! Finally create one with all the desired effects we need on the course.

I live on the course and have a golf cart I can just drive up to the clubhouse. So I start with a vodka lemonade I make at home to bring up to the course. I currently using the ICE lemonade as a mixer. Usually half lemonade flavor and half cherry limeade or berry lemonade flavor. Then my current drink of choice on the course is either regular high noon's or tequilla high noons. Yes I also have a water that I mix in from time to time.
If I'm really tired or need an energy kick I'll make that first drink with a vodka + ZOA or vodka + accelerator energy drink.

Great setup guys! You can always start your own thread if you want to and add to it over time! Can be a lot of fun to see how the bag changes year to year!
