Don’t take range balls from the range. This is theft. Range balls cost more than you want to think about, and when people steal them, the courses have to replace them. Our Sunday game is standard Stableford points (3,2,1,0) - your "Point". each players "point" is determined by averaging their stableford points each week for the duration of the game. It is all Gross, and is absolutely fair. If you have a hot week, you win $$. If you play worse that your point, you had a nice 4 hours on the course. In our game, I had 41 2 weeks ago, and lost to a player who had 32. His point was much lower than mine, even though I had my highest score of the year. Good format, and lends itself to allowing other games while playing..

I have made 3 eagles this year. One of my 26 handicap members makes at least 1 “net eagle” per round, or like 80+ this year. This type of stableford scoring absolutely favors the extremely high caps. Sent from OregonMyGolfSpy

I am typically bad at on course photography. And on this trip, the phone stays in the bag. (trying to avoid answering work calls). I will try to get some of the practice center and maybe the Preserve or Punchbowl..

Bandon Dunes yesterday.. Started with a healthy Double/Double on 1 and 2, then played even for the rest of the round. 38/38 76. I have no Idea how I managed to double the first 2 holes. Weather was perfect. Old Mac today and possibly Trails tomorrow..

So, I have both the RTX4 and the new Zipcore Raw. IMHO, the zipcores are slightly shorter, but far more accurate on all types of shots. Better control means that I can live with clubs going 3 yards shorter... The sound is meh, but the end result is shots closer to the hole and lower scores..
