Never used one of those, like you I just couldn't handle the white. But one of my fav 3 woods in the M6 3 in 16 degrees, with a Project Evenflow MaxD 5.5.

Well if you don't have a driving range, or a practice putting green , maybe a free ball off the first tee and some putting on the first green. But for established courses you are talking cost for construction, irrigation and maintenance/care for this "warm up hole" which I feel would get passed down to the customers if the course even has the land for it. But like one person noted, this could also slow down the round if not managed for time. Interesting concept.

Just one and I'm not in love with it.

My path is a new driver, looking at a Ping G430 10K or a Cobra DarkSpeed X , need some darn forgiveness. And a wedge fitting.

Opinion - Rapsodo MLM2Pro or Swing Caddie SC4
CPP replied to Just_the_Chip's topic in Golf Technology
I’m looking at both products for outdoor use only, no sim. There has been a big update recently for the MLM2Pro that really improved its numbers. Plus the SC4 from what have read got an update as well but can’t get confirmation from VC and a lot of YouTubers have reported good results with both units outside on a range since these updates. -
True statement.

Like one posted noted, its all about the money these days. I guess its entertainment for some, somewhere. I mentioned this to my wife ( not a golfer or a fan) , she noted how did the guy get so far ahead, I said they spotted him 2, why she asked, because he's the overall top player this year, he's #1. I said, well its kinda odd don't you think. She said will the other players should have won more

Well darn it at 71, I have the beginnings of flat feet per my doctor, plus Plantar fasciitis affecting the top of my arch as well. So I need new golf shoes. Since I need a wide toe box for my Morton Toe and I also need a narrow heel, shoes are a pain to find with all of those characteristics. I've been in touch with ECCO and FJ and were recommended, FJ Premier or PRO/SLX since they both have a 12mm heel to toe drop. ECCO directed to toward the Biom C4 which a heel - toe drop of 10mm or the Biom H4 has a 9mm. Also looking at Puma, but haven't hear back from their customer support. . Can't wear Skeechers the heel slips. Anyone here have flat feet and can offer some recommendations

Should your handicap dictate your tee box selection?

That's one way to look at it. Enjoy the game. -
Great win for Bradley today at the BMW Championship.

I'm still using some order clubs, but older, nothing wrong with older.

golf GPS unit, Hummm, I wonder how the really nice golf courses feel about that since a lot are equipping their golf carts with have GPS .

Looking for an under $1000 launch monitor to meet very specific needs

Late to this post, but the VC SC4 provides spin, but from what I have seen, for the money is pretty decent, as compared OUTDOORS only to a Trackman. Also a great comparison between a Trackman 4 ( $25k vs $549 SC4) And another would be since its latest software update ( I think the beta has been released) the MLM2PRO -

Newbie here. Grew up as a youngster in Ocala Fl. My uncle got me interested in golf back in 1967, yep I'm a senior golfer, I'll be 72 in Nov. Played on my HS golf team before golf was cool and I've been addicted ever since. College and career caused a lot of my golf to take a back seat, along with so many other hobbies, where you can enjoy golf, fresh and saltwater fishing and boating year round in this state. Makes it hard to chose sometimes. I was pretty active in golf, pretty much weekly until Feb 2020, when I was diagnosed with head and neck cancer ( bad bad bad). I made it through all my surgeries and treatment, with a strong family team and great team of doctors at Mayo but both took a toll on my left neck which changed my swing and really impacted my swing speed. And then aging has its drawbacks as well, you know the arthritis stuff, feet and now starting into my right hip. I went back to my instructor(s) that provide some assistance and got a few additional lessons to coup with my neck and left upper shoulder. Seems to work, but always looking to improve on that without any neck pain.. I still get out about every other week and play. Nothing better than playing when its 92 outside and the humidity and dew point are both in the upper 80's. Always willing to learn and at the moment we are trying to dial back in my clubs as with a lack of speed impacts that distance, so some new club fitting is due in the fall. Also looking to add either a launch monitor and maybe a handheld GPS device. Can't wait till fall and winter golf here in central and north central Fla and the Hilton Head area.. . -
Good Morning, coffee in hand, and a newbie here. What a neat forum.
