  1. For those that have shipping notifications is it usps or ups or FedEx?
  2. Curious what everyone is using for simulator software and accessories? As I dive into my garage simulator build this winter, I’m debating on what to use for software and accessories. I’m leaning GSPro and a gaming computer but they are expensive. I used the e6 with my iPad last year with the Mevo Plus and it was good. But it’s basically the same price as GSPro with the 80 online tourney add on for the year e6/$300 gspro/$330. GSPro has way more courses which is why I’m leaning that way. So what say you? What are you using for software? Gaming pc or other? What pros and cons have you come across? Gonna be unloading some golf stuff to pay for the computer if I go that route so gonna try to keep it inexpensive cuz who wants to get rid of all their gear lol

  4. Surprisingly I haven’t thought about changing putters since I got the 24 Scotty 5.5 but everyday I see a putter that I like just haven’t needed to pull the trigger lol
  5. Gonna bump this as these things are amazing. I may have bought 2 bundles(1 mallet and 1 blade) and an extra fairway for my 7 wood lol.
  6. That’s some impressive distance. I’m thrilled if I have 160 carry with my 7-iron lol
  7. High 30’s isn’t out of the line terrible for descent angle. I swing quite a bit faster than you but mine is mid to high 40’s. Looking at those numbers you need more carry. 1900 spin at that speed and launch is what is not ideal. Your ball speed to swing speed is exactly 1.5 which is perfect so I’m guessing one of those number is slightly wrong but nonetheless you are losing carry. Typical carry for 90mph is around 240
  8. Wish I could say I have hit them since they arrived Monday but work got in the way. Saturday morning for sure is a round. Hoping maybe some iron work tomorrow or Friday after work too. Kinda windy at the moment
  9. Put me down for Fried Eggs Golf. Still watch whenever he puts a new video out and his music video for never be scratch again gets played a few times a month in my phone. Lol
  10. Oh no don’t get me wrong. I don’t think it’s a used set. I believe it’s a new set that had the shafts pulled to install my Hzrdus shafts. They are no up charge but not stock. Of course this is just an assumption
  11. “ Doesn’t get discussed much” lol You bring it up all the time
  12. I completely agree they should come immaculate when new from any OEM big or small. I just don’t wanna concentrate on it as I know sometimes an initial bad thought can lead to not giving the club a full chance.
  13. I’m kinda leaning that mine were a stock set that had the shafts pulled, hzrdus shafts installed, then bent flat. Which is probably what lead to the scratches by the ferrule during prep. I will say that none of these things are noticeable from address and not something I’m gonna keep harping on but want clarity in the review as we owe the OEM’s and MyGolfSpy community honesty.
  14. Ok so now that I have slept on it and really digested my initial shock let’s go over a couple things. Let me start by saying I enjoy building clubs almost as much as I enjoy buying and selling them lol. So with that in mind perhaps I notice things others wouldn’t. 1. The lack of wrapping on the heads(they did still have bubble wrap) was only disappointing due to loving the chance to tear it off. 2. I haven’t mentioned this hear yet but one club had epoxy on the top line and a couple others had some still on the ferrules. It cleaned up easily but wanted to point it out. 3. A few ferrules are turned properly. Now I’m not great at this either but I’d expect better from a major OEM. 4. Scratches on new clubs. The scratch on the bottom of the 8-iron is disappointing but after 1 hit would probably be there anyways. However I did find a scratch through the paint near a ferrule which isn’t super noticeable unless really inspecting the clubs. I’ll mention it again, I’m perhaps being too critical but as this is a review I wanted to point out all the flaws I was seeing. Alright now a couple positive first impressions. These ti fusions feel AMAZING!!! The shafts which are PX Hzrdus gen4 silver 75s feel waaay better than the steelfibers to me. Tight but not harsh. The grips are Golf Pride Z grip soft(callaway) with 2 extra wraps that feel super soft and tacky. Really loving this grip and wish it would come to retail.
  15. The last shot was the nuked one. Into a 20mph wind, flew the green with a beautiful draw. This is what I like about the FullSwingKit. It’s radar that tracks the flight the entire way so it takes wind and everything into it. However you can normalize the numbers and it will take away the wind in the face to show what carry should be. These are normalized
  16. Video intro/unboxing/first impressions and a couple swings is up on page one. I’ll have more thoughts tomorrow as well as some pics but for now check out the video and ogle over these beauties. Won’t lie there were some concerns/disappointments that I’ll touch in tomorrow also.
  17. You may be right they may filter club and some outlier detection but those averages are still skewed imo. Again most amateurs can be inconsistent off the tee and will undoubtably have tops, sky balls, bad shots, etc.
  18. This isn’t entirely true. The course handicap will change for both 10 GHIN depending on course rating and slope. If one is playing harder tees their handicap may in fact be higher for said course. It’s why your handicap is calculated using both. From my understanding the course rating is what you’d expect a scratch golfer to score on that course. Therefore a 10 cap on a 72/113 will be different on a course at 68/107. This is the reason that even though I normally score around even to +4 on my home course (68/107) but my handicap would officially be closer to a 7-8 roughly if I carried one.
  19. you would need to also include course rating in this imo. Also need to clarify that statement of both being 10 handicaps. Is that course handicap or just handicap? There are also a ton of factors that go into how well a golfer will score at a course. A 10 cap that is a great driver but has an iffy short game will score quite different than a 10 cap that isn’t great off the tee but is up and down within 50 yards depending on course layout. As mentioned picking a course that will challenge your short comings may be the best bet to help lower the handicap and round out your game.
  20. Maybe I’m overthinking this but isn’t the point of a handicap to travel between courses and level the playing field? Therefore the course handicap changes for each course and allows you to play different courses and expect a similar net score. Perhaps I’m not following correctly?
  21. As pointed out the data is faulty. If you hit a snap hook that happens to hit a tree and goes 150 then the old off the crown straight up 190 then follow it with a perfect swing and 305 down the middle what’s your average. 645/3=215 average. Can you drive the ball 300? Yep you did to get the average up. Averages like this will always be low due to amateur inconsistency.
  22. UPS doesn’t deliver in saturdays in my area so I can just enjoy the opening weekend of football know Monday is coming soon lol
