I have a couple of pullovers that are fleece-lined, which is nice (and warmer than a standard pullover). The Adidas Go-To Adapt is warm and has a good fit. Nike also makes a fleece-lined jacket. I usually wear a polo; if it's cold, a base layer; and one of those. If you want something warmer, you could try something with synthetic insulation, like the Nike Aeroloft HyperAdapt, although those can get pretty pricey.
