I have a couple of pullovers that are fleece-lined, which is nice (and warmer than a standard pullover). The Adidas Go-To Adapt is warm and has a good fit. Nike also makes a fleece-lined jacket. I usually wear a polo; if it's cold, a base layer; and one of those. If you want something warmer, you could try something with synthetic insulation, like the Nike Aeroloft HyperAdapt, although those can get pretty pricey. This is an interesting situation. The phrase "personal benefit," as stated in the rule is very subjective. Those grey areas are what make things like this so confusing. Definitely not a good idea. Seems like it would be super distracting to have to give an interview in the middle of a round. If players (not mentioning names) can be distracted by rattling change, think what will happen when they are asked to give an interview. Like others have said, the answers are going to be far more superficial.
