    Shot Scope V5

       221

Love to give this a try.  I've read practically every watch and GPS type review.  A few in my golfing group wear watches and I've felt a tinge a jealousy as they reviewed holes with specific shots and distances.

    Thanks for the opportunity.

  1. I think this could be a very interesting test.   I understand potential for launch and dispersion but wonder if a shaft can also affect speed.  I just unboxed my PRGR for Super Swing training and would love to see if this shaft can make a speed difference from my Ventus.

    Love all the new opportunities!

  2. Thanks Callaway and MGS for this opportunity.  Would love to take a crack at this.  Currently gaming a Stealth after a stint with an M5.  I am not so sure the Stealth was a big upgrade - especially forgiveness-wise.  I understand some of that was fixed in the Stealth 2 but don't think I am going to go there.  That does leave me in a bit of a quandary though.  If my beef with the Stealth was forgiveness should I be going with the Max D if my problem is not a slice (I have plenty of other problems) or the Max?  I am not a high spin player so I don't think the LS is the option for me.

Anyway - thanks again for the chance.

  3. I soooo want to be in on this opportunity.  I have been testing/toying with the DF2 and the Mezz options (didn't really like the LINK) at Golf Galaxy for the last month or so - we still have snow so indoor is the best I can do.  Thought before starting the testing that I would be looking at DF2, but lots of putts later settled in on the Mezz Max (tried both and preferred the Max).  Then they got in the DF3 and I am now that seems to be working just a little better.  I have been after GG to get their LAB fitting training but they don't have anything scheduled and at this point don't see it happening anytime soon.

Long story short the timing is perfect and I could really really use the putting help!

    Good luck everyone!

    Thanks LAB and MGS.

  4. Would be great to try out this gear. Heard good things about Galway Bay. Always felt constricted playing in the rain so this would be awesome.

Thanks Galway Bay and MGS for the chance to stay dry!

  5. Wow, very interesting opportunity.  Super interested in seeing if this can give some added kick to the driver.

    Thanks MGS and Terra Forza.

Would really love to check these out and see if the hype is real.  Timing is perfect as I am just getting ready to buy some new kicks for the spring.

    Thanks for the great opportunity.

Oh man! There have been soooo many great opportunities that MGS has brought to the community but this might top the list. I suppose they could provide a live caddy for a year or something but this is great. I have been looking on with envy as a couple more in our group get electric carts. Would love to give it a go and report back the details. I'll be following the reviews closely even if I'm not one of the lucky testers.

    Good luck everyone.

  6. Awesome ! Would absolutely love to put this through its paces.  Didn't realize when I got it that the original Stealth would be like the least forgiving club since the Slidr.

    Best of luck to everyone!

  7. What a great testing opportunity.  I would have loved to run this and compare to my new prgr for speed and see all the rest that Mevo brings to the table. Unfortunately it's winter and I don't have indoor sim ceiling heights. Oh well. Good luck to the testers and I look forward to reading about their experiences.

  8. A little embarrassed to admit that I am a bit of a clothes horse.  I used to try to be as plain and blend in as possible but since I've put in the work on my game I am much more inclined to make a statement with my apparel.  I would love to test and review this line.

  9. Very interested in this. Hopefully I can do some testing but if not I will certainly be following the thread. I have sort of been using a scorecard system of D for ok drive, D-, or D+ and L or R if missed left or right badly enough to call out. Then the wood/iron number F,H,5,6,7,8,9,P,G,S,L and then the same +/- with addition of short/long to the left/right.  It's good to review and keeps me focused but no good trend analysis. Good luck to everyone and hopefully me too!

  10. These look great.  Interestingly, when I started playing a bit more after college in the early 80's I was using a set of my dad's H&B PowerBuilt irons (which still look pretty good down in the basement). I broke the 7 iron and a friend said oh I have one you can have.  It was a MacGregor with the black faceplate. I really liked it.  It is still with that set in the basement.  I moved on to a set of Maxfli's, then Taylor Made's, and now a set of Callaway Apex Forged.  I would be more than interested in looking down at those toplines.

  11. Had a little Zebra envy when I first started playing and a couple of good players were using them.  Would love to test out a new one vs my Odyssey 2 Ball although I think I would test the AIT3.

Heard about these a while ago, I think listening to Hank Haney's podcast.  Was intrigued and checked the website.  I don't think I would have a problem at all with the looks of the DF 2.1  - especially if I made a few more per round.
