  1. I’m still in the g410 LST but I’m currently looking at the zx7 mk II, tsr3 and black ops more of a “want something new” than need a new driver lol
  2. I’ve played Bridgestone on and off for a long time now. These look kinda distracting but if I got the free dozen I would definitely put them to the test!
  3. The under 200$ is gonna be kinda hard but you could probably find some titleist AP1’s or some Taylormade rocketbladez (they aren’t actually a blade iron) or something in that ball park. I would probably try and get something in a regular flex and maybe even in graphite shafts. Hope this helps a little and I hope they become life long golf partners!
  4. This thread makes me feel a little better lol i have 5 putters and 2 in the bag right now sometimes I hate being a golf tinkerer
  5. Congrats everyone! can someone tell me if Taylormade skips “4” on the golf ball? My box goes 1,2,3,5. In just curious to see if Taylormade does that for every dozen.
  6. Just bought the Taylormade TP5 and was curious, they have 1,2,3,5 is that because it’s a TP”5” or because it’s a 5 piece ball? Why did TM skip 4 on the ball numbering? I actually like the 5 but just curious if someone knows
  7. All of those drills are great and will help lower your scores! helping to eliminate 3-putts was the last part of your post, and I believe that is going to come from speed control on putts outside of 25feet. do that same drill you were doing on #2 but extend it to 35-40feet if possible. Some time I place a Tee in the ground about 1foot from the fringe and try and get my ball as close to the tee as possible without hitting the fringe. Also get confident from 3-4 feet, that way on a 50 foot putt you just need to get it inside an 8 foot circle to feel confident on your next putt. Those 3-putts will be a thing of the past soon!
  8. With your current game, would you chose to have some lessons or a club fitting? With the 2024 golf season pretty much underway or about to start, I’m curious to see which way people lean.
  9. Unfortunately I am still gaming SM6’s 50-54-60 looking to get new wedges soon (been saying that for about a year at least lol)
  10. I have definitely jumped around a lot with the golf ball from mizuno to Bridgestone to Srixon to titleist. I think I am going to stick with the AVX. Not sure if it’s the BEST ball for me by the numbers, but I consistently shoot lower scores with that ball, so I will most likely stick to the AVX this season
  11. Literally every club in my bag is always on the chopping block. my bank account really doesn’t like that lol. my G410 LST is pretty set in my bag, the only thing that may knock it out would be the TSR3.
  12. For the flat stick, the dough maker, do you go off of looks or numbers? I was fit for my putter (Taylormade TP del monte) but I don’t love the way it looks or sets up next to the ball, but the numbers were the best and I putt the best with it. Conversely, I really like the look of my Cameron x5 but I don’t putt as well with it. Curious to see what other MGS members tend to do with that spot in the bag
