  17. Well, here's yesterday's front 9 lineup. I'll try to spare you all the gory details but let's just say it was super ugly, and that's coming from a guy whose game is always ugly. I came to the conclusion yesterday that if cost is an issue for people taking up the game, this is one area they just can't skimp. I don't know how anyone could enjoy chasing these around, even if they were inexperienced. Oh, and for the record, it was 52 on the front. In order...(the first three were mercifully sacrificed during play, the fourth was tossed by hand into the pond by the 9th green.) Sent from my XT1585 using MyGolfSpy mobile app
  18. Thought I'd post my latest lefty thrift store find, just to make you all jealous. I don't think I'd ever actually seen one of these, much less a lefty. They must have been expensive back in the day. This one was 3 bucks, and I couldn't leave it sitting there, just for the novelty of it.[emoji6] Sent from my XT1585 using MyGolfSpy mobile app

  20. I actually played a couple of times right handed when I was younger. Back then I was playing baseball and was able to switch-hit (I've always been fairly ambidextrous.) If I'd practiced, I probably could have stayed with the righty, but I've always been more comfortable on the left side. I have, on occasion, carried a righty 7 iron for those situations where you just can't get a swing because of an obstruction. I just saw a bi-directional chipper in the golf shop the other day and thought it might be handy for those situations, and you could learn to hit it lefty too. 21. You can get them either way here. Jelly or creme filled (or both) seem to be pretty popular both in my current area in Florida, and my old area in Maine. But, a lot of people like just plain donuts with a hole, and maybe a glaze on them. Sent from my XT1585 using MyGolfSpy mobile app
