I've used Super Speed for over a year and I picked up 5 mph. For reference I'm 48 years old and this brought me back to a comfortable driver speed of 105ish. My biggest taken away from the programm is just how many swings it takes to get warmed up. Now before I play I usally bring the green stick with me and warm up quite a bit before my round. It's also made my swing speed more consistent instead of varying by 4 -6 mph per swing. Now I do one of the protocols per week to maintain my speed. Protcol 4 is my favorite one to do.

I use a stand bag (Ping Hoofer Lite) but ride most of the time and if I walk I use a push cart. I perfer the smaller lighter stand bag for use at the range and just the smaller profile. Living in AZ I don't need to carry rain gear, jackets, etc. so I just carry a couple gloves, balls, and tees, and I don't need much storage. Plus a 4 way top is the way to go.

What Is The Most You Would Pay For A Putter?
Slammers480 replied to GolfSpy_APH's topic in Golf Clubs
Personally I'd pay the $500 range of a Scotty or other top milled brand. I don't change putters much, and it's the most used club in the bag. But I'm also still using a milled Ping Anser 2 from 2010 range. -
What is your go to grip - irons / woods / hybrids?
Slammers480 replied to Shapotomous's topic in Golf Balls/Shafts/Grips
My go to is the GP Tour Velvet +4. At $6 a grip the are very afforadable option so you can swap them often to keep them fresh. -
Played the PXG Gen6 driver last year, but old faithful Ping G410 LST will be back in the bag this year.

Personally I think a basic fitting should be free for the recreational level golfer. With paying a fee to actually take what you've fitted into on the course to see how it performs when it counts. If your a high level amateur I can see paying for a very detailed fitting process because your probably looking to fine tune every aspect of your ball flight.

I've found them to be short, so if your tall or have a long torso don't lift your arms. Their pants are a pretty good fit for me and very light and flexible for golf.
