kun_lun1984
Hi all member, I have problem to get best setting/fitting to driver head ping i25. Kindly member help to give suggestion for suit specification shaft, length of shaft and others. Now, i used rbz stage2 tour hybrid no.3 (20 degree) with mitshubishi rayon tm5-213 flex R for tee off. I can achieved distances around 200-220 yard (carry distance) with that's rescue golf club. My swing speed around 98 - 102 mph Height : 175 cm Wirst to floor : 83 cm Hand lenght : 19.5 cm Longest finger : 8.5 cm Regards, Kun Lun
jaskanski
You cannot be fitted for a particular shaft or club over the internet - period. It's all very well telling us your static measurements, such as swing speed and wrist to floor distance etc, but none of these elements has any relevance to a dynamic fitting - i.e. how you really swing it. Without knowing any or indeed ALL of the key factors in how you swing a club and make impact with a ball, it is complete guesswork to what setting or shaft (or indeed actual club) you should be using. That is why (and I know it sounds really boring) you should go and see a professional and get fitted. Cue the old - "I can't get to any pro with any fitting equipment" reply. Well - you get to a golf course without too much trouble....and you seem to buy golf clubs without too much trouble....so.... ...finding a pro shouldn't be too much of a problem then. RookieBlue7
Call Joe Kwok. If you can't find an in person fitter, he will fit you over the phone and he does a damned good job at it, better than most in person fitters. I take it English isn't your first language? Where are you located at? I can check the international club makers guild to see if I can find a fitter in your area In The BagDriver: TaylorMade M2 (2017) w/ Project X T1100 HZRDUS Handcrafted 65x Strong 3 wood: Taylormade M1 15* w/ ProjectX T1100 HZRDUS handcrafted 75x3 Hybrid: Adams PRO 18* w/ KBS Tour Hybrid S flex tipped 1/2"4 Hybrid: Adams PRO 20* (bent to 21*) w/ KBS Tour Hybrid S flex tipped 1/2"4-AW: TaylorMade P770 w/ Dynamic Gold Tour Issue Black Onyx S400 SW: 56* Scratch Tour Dept(CC grooves) w/ Dynamic Gold SpinnerLW: 60* Scratch Tour Department (CC grooves) w/ Dynamic Gold SpinnerXW: 64* Cally XForged Vintage w/ DG X100 8 iron tiger steppedPutter: Nike Method Prototype 006 at 34"Have a ton of back-ups in all categories, but there are always 14 clubs in the bag that differ depending on the course and set-up. westy
Welcome to you You should get fit properly, but many people don't. You are generating a lot of speed with a rescue, more than many of us get with a driver. I'd have thought you might like to try the ping tour stiff shaft, it's brilliant. But try a few shafts it's the only way to find what works. Let us know how you get on.
