The only downside is weight. At 8lbs it can be a bit heavy, but it is very well made with metal buckles and very thick canvas. Well, I found another on eBay and before I do something crazy like buy it for a backup (which I probably would never need as this thing is built like a tank), I wanted to give a heads up to my fellow Spies as some of you really liked it.
