tonyj5
This week the LPGA moves to China for the playing of the LPGA Blue Bay. Last year's tournament brought us one of the most exciting finishes of the year. Sei Young Kim birdied the final hole to finish one stroke better than Kim Kaufman, Stacy Lewis, and Candie Kung. Kenny B
I just heard that there is no chipping practice area for the CIMB tournament in Malaysia this week, so they are going to use a couple of greens on the adjacent course for a practice area. The adjacent course is where the LPGA is playing next week. Sucks that the areas around those greens will be less than ideal after 150 PGA players practice on them for a week!! “We don’t stop playing the game because we get old; we get old because we stop playing the game.”

Kor.A.Door
Brutally slow group right now, theyve been out here for 4hours and 19 minutes and just finished 14. I understand about putting hem on the clock, but at what point do the penalties come in, they are on pace for a 6 hour round, and no penalties. Stupid. Uh oh, my wife is going to kill me. Actually, the ladies group at my club hate to play behind the men's group because they are too slow. The women usually play in 4 hours or less. The LPGA needs to crack down on slow play. It didn't use to be that way. Make an announcement before the beginning of a tournament, put them on the clock, and if they don't get back into position in 2 holes, give out penalties. It won't take long for speed to pick up. “We don’t stop playing the game because we get old; we get old because we stop playing the game.”
