I have said for years, I'm half tempted to pull up in a boat and play a couple holes along the water and bounce. Haha.

I played this afternoon and didn't have a terrible round but wasn't great either. I keep reminding myself that I am making a major overhaul with my swing and I'm going to have bad shots. No doubles on the card but plenty of bogies and missed opportunities. I have another lesson in the morning and then weather permitting, a round in the afternoon. I am excited for the changes and see the pluses, but man I wish my middle name was patience. Haha.

Putting with the mindset ball took a little getting used to. It's not as direct as I would like for lining up my putts.

About to hit the course.

I'm 45min to an hour early unless it's a quick sunrise round and then I show up, hit a few to losen up and off to the teebox.

I play similar to @RickyBobby_PR. I always play most consistent first off the tee to put us in play and allow the rest to go for it. Par 5s is similar. Putting, same. Decent first and best at the end. I have played in groups that don't care, but the competitor in me hates it. I don't expect to win because of what @ballhawk said a few comments up. Ha

I typically play in 3 or 4 scramble tournaments every year for some type of benefit and it's always interesting the strategies that are thrown out before the round. Besides the fact that some group is going to shoot a 50.... Do you have a strategy? Do you even care about score?

I keep a few I find for scramble tourneys or the backyard net and the rest go in the MGA bucket. I trade out those for a few good ones from time to time.

It just adds up so fast.

I play enough rounds that they prob need to be replaced at least twice a year but that gets expensive quick.

These were still in play until the last couple months and after hearing rounds, the sm9s may need friends while they are on sale still.

Great call. Jumped on a little late after my closing finally finished but enjoyed listening about vokey and thought process.

I think I am going to have to try this on an old wedge and see how it works!

I haven't looked but prob between 1-2 dozen. Then I have the found golf balls in another pocket and empty those out every few rounds for the net at home.
