THIS IS EXACTLY HOW I VIEW IT!!! couldn't be written any better!!! In any sport those of us who have played it for any amount of time have seen massive innovations iam a golfer and this is true!! A fisherman and true and a competitive shooter and really true on this front and golf and only golf has held on to this southern plantation "gentlemans" BS for far too long!!! Not much gives me more joy than walking past the range at my club and seeing a 14 yr old with his airpods in jamming some godawful crap they call music and striping 3 iron stingers 260 down the middle. Well on said day as I walked by a hear a commotion and turn and a group of guys my age are berating this poor kid for his shorts and Hoodie (which by the way was a golf hoodie) they went too far screaming at a kid and iam not a small individual and absolutely hate a bully so I went out there and made the problem leave. Two days later the head pro calls me in his office and starts to "counsel" me??? I told him he best start catering to the changing of the guard and if there were anymore issues my lawyers would be his next phone call I have heard no more of it except for the new dress code allowing shorts of any appropriate nature and t-shirts and hoodies if golf applicable he must have done his homework!!! It's time we revise this archaic crap and make golf fun for everyone not just those of us who are on the clock!!!!! Absolutely not!!! I would buy her a membership!!!

Depends Rob on how many in your group and whether we are doing more drinking than golfing?? Which is easy to do!!! I always figure 4 guys talking their time is 2.5 hrs but we have had nights at my shop it took five hours?? I was spending alot at the SIM as were my buddies 60 bucks an hour plus bar price drinks and then the driving part is no good so I said F it and put a GC HAWK setup in my shop which is a giant pole barnaminium with a chipping/putting green and indoor pistol range and we have a 700 meter rifle range out back so now we drink and play there and nobody has to drive home or pay the 60 an hour I think it pays for itself in 2 years because I don't pay 60 an hour but my buddies damn sure do

I had my bag stolen at Bethpage Black of all places and will never use a Scotty Cameron bag again for that reason!! It's a giant "steal me" banner and seeing 6 grand gone was enough to make me homicidal!!! I hate a thief

Far and away the worst "Marshmallow on a stick" is anything with the White Hot Insert!!! Iam aware of its popularity but i believe that to be on the amatuer front exclusively as you do not see many real good putters of the ball using that horrid thing!! Every shot feels the same!! You could putt a ProV1 or a Pinnacle and notice no feel differnce!! They are just not for me!!

The exact reason when you watch driver reviews on YouTube you get a different "best" from each guy!! Boils down to personal preference and that is everything!! I do alot of shooting, SIG handguns are widely viewed as the best "factory offering" but I wouldn't give you a nickel for one!! The real funny reviews to me are shafts, If you lay out 35 shafts and bring 35 people in there they will all like a different one and chances are very high the "description" written on the shaft isn't even close with a percentage of the golfers.

What the AI Max didn't get because super forgiving drivers don't have low spin. But somehow some way this club does!! Pros never hit Max anything they need the LS models but somehow the 430Max 10k is a low spin driver???? That's the big mystery

Yeah the Lions were the walking wounded early in the year but even healthy they were keeping it super dramatic as they really only beat New Orleans and Las Vegas big the rest were inside of a single scores!!

You want launch between 12 and 16° and spin between 2000 and 2500 and peak height should be around 95ft for you to optimize the shot and I was just curious if they had mentioned you launching so low. I really think you can get another 10 yds easily if not more

So when they "fit" you for a driver did they not discuss shaft options??? You are launching to low man you would get those extra yards you are looking for if you could up that launch by 4° it makes a big difference as your launch at say 15° and peak Height at 100ft rather than 11° and 75ft. I would bet you would gain 15 yds???

If you go to the SIM see if they have a set of 790s there and hit yours iron for iron with their set. Don't want to alarm you but 100 dollars should scare you as they sell for 500 used and they are far and away the most copied iron on the Chinese manufacturing train!!! My buddy bought a set and they were like new and he said they were 250 and I told him the same I just told you so he went and hit them next to a buddy who had the clubs and sure enough sound, feel and distance were different and substantially BUT instead of freaking out he just started playing them and doing well with them. Iam certainly not telling you that your irons are fake just letting you know ths 790s are the most knocked off iron out there so that means they are that good if they are real because not only the Chinese ripped them off but so did Ping and Titleist

We were hitting balls at the club the other day and five of us took turns hitting mine and purposely hitting bad shots and there is legit very little penalty but the Driver you bought is a nice stick and would be my second choice!! So when you say you are a low spin player how low??? And what numbers are you getting from the TM???

My thoughts are apparently exactly what your thoughts were with the exception of the distance part as I tested over two days 12 drivers in the 24' lineup and hit each one at least a dozen times and alot more if I liked it and G430 MAX 10k was the clear cut winner for me almost across the board!! Dispersion was way better than any other model, spin numbers consistent in that 2700 range and my carry distance (289 avg) was only behind Callaway AI Smoke triple diamond (293) and tied with Taylormade Qi10 LS (289) It's hard to beat the ball speed on the LS models with a Max driver but somehow PING has found a way to not only give you the most forgiving driver ever built, but one that is low spin??? Even the pros gaming this club are scratching their heads as low spin and forgiveness are not often mentioned together. Masterful job by PING on this absolute unit of a driver. Every model tested indoors and outdoors had the Ventus black 60 in them S+

That is terrible!!!!! I have had Callaway Black Irons that barely showed a ball spot on the face and nothing around it and also Cobra S2 in black and they barely even showed a ball mark after heavy use!! PXG needs to figure that out or quit making black sets!! I would be angry paying that money for an obvious defect
