Got to get out with my dad today which is always a good time. Haven't played much to start this season but we renewed our membership today so it'll be the first of many rounds with him this year. Only had time for 9, was real pleased with my game off the tee and my iron play. Struggled with partial feel shots as I always do when starting the season but the new L.A.B. DF3 was so good, even with punched greens. Had a birdie and three bogeys to shoot +2.

Bob Kitchen at Maple Hill is the absolute best. I live in GA and buy all my clubs from them exclusively. His prices on most things are better when you reach out to them vs looking online. Not in this case, but stuff that's current and brand new he'll sell cheaper than anyone. Nice pickup!

There are different beliefs in lie angle. Some fitters have you hit on a lie board and give your lie based on that. Others actually look at strike location on the face and ball flight to help determine your optimal lie. There's definitely no standard though, as standard lie angle can be different from one company to another. It's also different throughout your bag. I play my driver upright, fairways, hybrids, and irons standard, wedges and putter flat. My wedges are Edison standard but we're 0.5° flatter than most.

Got my third L.A.B., this time the DF3! Got this one in blue with a white Accra shaft. Loved my DF2.1 but missed having a blade putter so I went to the Link.1 putter. Turns out I prefer the mallet style and wanted one a bit smaller so the DF3 is perfect!

If you're confident on length and flex, your lie angle can be changed relatively easy if it needs adjusted. I get ads on Facebook for Protalus shoe insoles and for whatever reason your comment on the ad about having them in your golf shoes is always showing .

Is it showing the actual scorecard yardages for the holes instead of measured yardages? I know in my last round a par 3 measured at 138 yards but the scorecard showed 151.

Gearing up for golf season, I've been on a buying spree lately. Can't remember what I may have posted but as it comes in I'm going to snap some pictures and update here! First up, I paid for this a while back but it finally made it to me recently! Thursday tickets to The Masters! My third trip to the hallowed grounds with the first two being for Wednesday practice rounds and the Par 3 Tournament. A tournament round will be a first and I'm taking my nephew who turns 10 the day before. Every time I've gone I've thought it was my last time ever and I'm going to treat this one the same way. Can't wait!

Appreciate the suggestion! I don't usually get along with TM, absolutely hated the last three I've tried. My favorite all time is the V Steel though. Just got this Callaway for under $135 with rewards bucks I had saved up.
