Hello again! How long have you been playing golf? What’s your handicap or normal score? I've been playing golf for about 30 years. I originally started the game because my older brother played and we had a large back yard to hit wedges. My handicap usually hovers in the 5 - 6 range. I'm hoping to lower that this year after spending the entire winter doing the SuperSpeed program and purchasing an Arccos system to track my shots. What do you love about golf? I love the challenge and variety of golf. You can play multiple rounds at the same course and never have the same shot twice. It's a game that can never be mastered but gives you just enough glimpses of greatness that you keep coming back to it. What brings you to MyGolfSpy? Do you already know any other Spies? I've been reading the site for a few years now but really made an effort to contribute more in 2018. Being picked for the SuperSpeed program also forced me to log in daily to check up on my fellow testers and share my experiences with the training. So far so good! Where are you from? What is your home course? Born in Wisconsin, lived in Minneapolis for about 10 years, and have been back in Wisconsin for the last 7 years. Most of the courses I play are in the Milwaukee area. What are the best and worst things about golf in your region? Best is the quality of golf. You wouldn't think a state that commonly sees only 6 months of nice weather would have many great public courses but there's quite a few fantastic tracks. Whistling Straits, Blackwolf Run, Erin Hills, SentryWorld, and Sand Valley just to name a few. Worst part is obviously the long winters. What do you do for a living? Senior Analyst for a global recovery audit firm. Boring computer work mostly . How’d you pick your user name? The name of the mascot from my alma mater and CC for Country Club...or Carbon Copy....or Common Core....or Comedy Central....

Still better than the fantasy football auto draft where I ended up with 7 kickers. To those who are concerned about Fantrax the same draft issues happened with the football league. Once that was ironed out everything was very smooth for the rest of the season. Our commissioners will figure it out.

It's not so much the correct yardage I'm looking for; I already have a GPS and rangefinder for that. The Shot Scope will hopefully tell me more about my miss tendencies. Surprisingly I don't hit every GIR, so finding out more about those misses will theoretically lead to a better starting point for future club purchases. Placed an order for a Shot Scope V2 this weekend. I'm not 100% sure I will be keeping it past the trial period, but if nothing else I'm hoping to get some in depth stats on my irons for when I get fitted for a new set.
