  2. Wish I still had our boat.The lakes are wide open after the holidays now with nice weather.You would have the whole place to yourself

I've always had wide shoulders, big calves, and super big underdeveloped arms, plus gut.Had that build since I was 14 or 15 years old.So I have 45 years of one body mode that needs changed.I used too powerlift as well.So this diet and toning is completely foreign too me.Im judging my progress by how I feel / pant size / and weight

Thanks Rick,Ed and Tommc23.My bench is 205,arm curl weight is 45 lb dumbbell,Leg press is 540.Those are my maxes where I can do them safe without hurting myself.Once I can max those out with 6-9 reps than I will increase weight Tommc, It is all in my stomach and it's size.Ive had and have a weird body, all weight goes in stomach area.And real bad on sides of stomach and in lower back.Its shrinking, but is a very difficult fight

Now at a steady 200.5 ish to 198 when i go on the scale.Took me a long time breaking the soda-chips-snacks craving I had.The Pepsi 12 pack box is still in my pantry unopened since June.Was so embarrassed taking off my shirt in the past. But here is last year versus now.My overall calorie intake is way below what I burn off.Tons of bananas - salads - lean meat- veggies -hard boiled eggs- whey proteins- and gallons of water only.No sugared drinks at all either. Taking the week off since I really pushed myself the last month.Will continue diet, but taking a week off of heavy lifting.Once you start seeing weight come off this becomes so addicting.It has engulfed my entire life now.And I want more and more of it.I even had a stretch where I was losing a full pound every few days.The trainer also told me a few cheat days are actually good for the body.Really hesitant to eat a greasy burger and fries again though Before size 40'pants : weight 235 After size 34 pants :weight 200.3

At this juncture there are a few teams that really want this.They are prepared and have a great chance getting in the playoffs.My picks early are Alabama/Ohio State/Virginia Tech/Stanford.And a hats off to Georgia.They look great, but still see 2 losses this year.The rest are either trying to find themselves-or extremely overrated

  10. I read some other golf forums. And have to say this is the best by far. The others have a real cliquey air to them. And the bashing of others (companies - teachers - posters) is really immature. It always tends being a group or pack of wolves mentality. No wonder why so many drop off of those sites. Their subscription numbers are high, but in reality only a small percentage participate in their forums. Just reading some of it makes me cringe
  11. Just a dismall showing by Florida State.Really feel sorry for their fans this season.Its almost like the offense wasn't even on the field.Three crap points by a team with such a normally high standard on the field.Embarrassing So far this season has been a real snoozer

Watching FSU and Virgina Tech.Ive never noticed more teams looking flat and unorganized their opening games than this season.Virgina Tech was prepared for this one I also propose that their shouldn't be any rankings until the 5 th or 6 th week.Some of these teams like Michigan and FSU have no place in the top 25.

  18. This is the main reason why so many give up the game.Especially a low handicap player before they had children.Many hate watching their games deteriorate and would rather not play at all versus chopping it around
  19. I gave up all sports activities for almost 10 years.My family was and is my life.Kids always come first for me.Just can't stand not being with them.And could never imagine being on a golf course when family events take place Why I'm a die hard body builder.I work out nightly at midnight

  21. Good stuff.Im falling farther and farther away from golf.And it doesn't even bother me one bit.Right now, I'm extremely relieved being completely away from it for a long time to come
  22. Keep it simple.Hit your macros.Less carbs and more protein.Use the 50:30:20 rule and you should be golden, protein'carbs'fat.And get out and maybe play some golf and walk when playing
