  1. @harveydiamond Fully agree. After progressives I took the glasses off to play. That only lasted one season. After I literally missed the ball on a few approach shots I put the glasses on . It took about three range sessions to realize exactly what you said. When the head and eyes stay put so does the ball. Now I can't play without the glasses. Sent from my iPad using MyGolfSpy
  2. Nope. Not old.. experienced. And the aches and pains. Mine seem to disappear with activity as well. My problem. The brain is much younger than the body. Sent from my iPad using MyGolfSpy
  3. Thanks everyone for the input. We have a good second hand shop 8n town. I think I will see if they have any TM's or cobra's before my next outing. In the middle of moving so there's that little wrinkle [emoji13] Sent from my iPad using MyGolfSpy

  6. Thanks. Good info. All my Callaway's came from the preowned site. They do a really good job. I really should hit some locally instead of falling back to the impulse buy. The in-house comptroller might prefer that as well [emoji41] Sent from my iPhone using MyGolfSpy
  7. I'm considering replacing the 4 iron with a 4 hybrid after reading the data on the sight and realizing the 4i has been relegated to a punch from trouble. I am hoping someone might have personal experience with the clubs I am considering. Has anyone hit both the Adams Red and the Adams Blue? Beyond that. How about experiences with a replacement? Did the hybrid stay in the bag? Looking forward to feedback. Callaway XR OS 2up 1over BB 454 driver -1 Razor fit 3w Nickent 3h and Nickent PP-001 [emoji41]yup. 8. Considering an Adams Blue or Adams Red 4H

  9. First. A Nickent 3 hybrid. Bought new when they were hot on tour a loooong time ago. It's my go to club Second.A Nickent Pipe PP-001 Putter. Also purchased new way back in the day. My chops are busted on a regular basis but 8 ft and in it's almost on autopilot. Third. And the most Important. The sand wedge from my first set. Hand me down Maxfi D26-MS blades from my father. Maybe from the mid to late 60's. The SW was retained by my Grandfather. He didn't even pass it to my father. (Kept it in the bag with his Staff Dynapowers). I only received it on his passing. Finally one year, I decided to flatten the face by hand, regrooved and repainted it and replaced the shaft and use it now.
  10. Yes. I received a bucket of chrome soft from their site for Christmas. . They are nice and the best part. I still have half the bucket Sent from my iPad using MyGolfSpy mobile app
  11. Absolutely. 3 wood with 8 grams of lead at 3 o'clock and 4 grams 5 o'clock straightedge it right out off the tee and I can still trap it off the deck for a low cut Sent from my iPhone using MyGolfSpy
  12. Awesome. Thanks I will take a look. Some of the reviews I see indicate the size of the watch is prohibitive and I am concerned is will be too small for my wrist. I emailed the company on the band circumference and am waiting for a reply Callaway XR OS 2up 1over BB 454 driver -1 Razor fit 3w Nickent 3h and Nickent PP-001 [emoji41]yup. 13. I'm new to the site and this topic may have been covered (if so, please feel free to direct me to the proper thread) but I'm considering a gps watch and ditching the phone based apps. Has anyone has any experience with the shot scope gps watches and tags? Thanks Sent from my iPad using MyGolfSpy mobile app

  15. Awesome post with great information Rev. I've dropped 100 # in the last 5 years. Still trying to be healthy but it's a challenge. If you feel comfortable sharing I would love to know more about golf specific Workout's. @niftyniblick.. I lost my Dad's Ram Zebra about 30 years ago and I still get grief over it. [emoji41] it was a good putter Sent from my iPad using MyGolfSpy mobile app
  16. I know this sounds nuts but if you want to keep the cost down try to find an old Nickent (Pre or post Dicks Sporting Good purchase). I still use my PP-001 and I have a newer model. The newer model has a softer insert and adjustable heel and toe weights but the original has better alignment characteristics, in my opinion Sent from my iPad using MyGolfSpy mobile app
