For the second week in a row, we have a split testing opportunity that includes a travel bag. This time around, we are excited to introduce Sun Mountain to our member testing platform. Sun Mountain is a well-known brand that offers a wide selection of golf bags, travel bags, golf carts, and more.

About Sun Mountain
Sun Mountain has been in business for over 40 years. As a brand, they focus on functional designs, quality materials, and durability that are built by golfers for golfers. Additionally, their bags are also assembled at their headquarters in Missoula, Montana, offering styles, colors, sizes, and options not found with many brands. Many Sun Mountain bags also boast premium features such as fine leather, ballistic-style nylon, premium zippers, waterproof bags, and even carbon fiber legs.

All of this to say, Sun Mountain has been around for a while and they want to see how their products perform in the hands of our testers.

The Testing Opportunity
We are happy to offer two different products for this testing opportunity. The first is their newly released Matchplay Stand Bag.

The Matchplay Stand Bag is available in three color options, has a 4-way top, and weighs in at only 5.5 lbs. Those are just some of the basics; for a list of specifications, check out the Forum sign-up page where we have the full details listed.

The second product available for testing is the ClubGlider Travel Bag. This bag has been featured in Most Wanted testing and has a core standout feature. This feature is extendable legs and wheels that support the entire weight of the bag and its contents, meaning no lifting, bending, or lugging your golf bag and its contents around the airport.

Available in four different models, all of which have their own color options and pricing, the ClubGlider series claims to offer comfort, functionality, and ease of use that other travel bags do not.

Want to be a tester?
We will be selecting two golfers for each product (four total testers). When registering, Forum members will only be able to sign up for one or the other, not both products.

Are you a walker wanting to test a new stand bag? Or do you have travel plans and want to see if the ClubGlider can improve your experience? Let us know and sign up through the link below!

Have a C130 which I love on the cart but it doesn't have a stand for the range. Plus I like to make a game day decision to walk or ride. So I need a bag that can do both

I want this, however, my wife would lose her mind if one more golf bags enter our house. I’ve won 3 in the last year or so. Actually another bag would be hilarious.

Huge fan of SM. I'm most interested in the travel bag. I've had a Clob Glove Last Bag for decades, and it's still in great shape. I don't have troubles managing it in an airport, but at age 62, I'm wondering how beneficial the glider is....

Picking a bag is so important! I hope I get the opportunity to provide insight on Sun Mountain to help others in search of a bag.

I already have a Sun Montain Stand bag, the 4.5L 14 spots is great ! I walk around 3 rounds a week. Could use a change for the new one, old one is starting to get old. Great bags in general, would recommend !!

When I walk, I'm using my Sun Mountain 4-wheeler cart.  I have no immediate travel plans.  So, thank you for the offer, but I will defer.

Another great testing opportunity.  Walked early in my career and just got back to walking again.   A great carry bag must not be understated!!!

Sun Mountain is known for making a good product. Good luck to all who apply. Eager to see how they perform and hold up to use.

The Sun Mountain travel bag with stand is probably one of the best golf purchases I have ever made.  It is amazing. It rolls better than a suitcase.  Would love to try out the regular stand bag.

I switched over to Sun Mountain a few years ago and LOVE my bag. Would love a lighter, nicer stand bag I can use to carry/walk. Right now my bag is just too big and heavy.

Also in need of a travel bag. My sister lives in Hilton Head and is practically begging me to come down and golf with her guy.

Huge opportunity for testing. I love my sun mountain travel bag. It’s such a luxury that if you’re lucky enough to have makes traveling so much easier. What a get!

I’d love to test a new stand bag. My crusty old taylormade bag is on its last legs, no pun intended.  Thanks!

Played a sun mountain when I played for my college team back in the 90’s and loved it.  Bought one about 7 years ago and the inside pockets ripped out in a month and Sun Mountain would not reply to my requests for a replacement. Curious to see if the quality of these has improved.

I would love to try the travel bag!  I have a golf trip to Bandon Dunes in late June and could put it through it's paces then.  My Caddy Daddy has been good to me over the past several years but I like the idea of the legs on the travel bag.

I walk and carry almost every round. I am a perfect candidate for this. Plus I have some experience caddying and can give some solid feedback.

Would love a bag that I can carry and fits my Clicgear better than my current Nike Hybrid bag. Not sure that bag exists, but would love to try a Sun Mountain out. I know they make quality bags.
