Shankster Posted April 11, 2023 Share Posted April 11, 2023 I am going to be completely honest. I have been a lazy person for the past year or so. I stepped on the scale the other day, and I was at 206….! I’ve never even sniffed 200 before. Good news is, I am back down to 190, lost those 16 pounds in 2 weeks. I’ve been holding at 184 since about my sophomore year… Well, it’s time for me to get fit. I will have nothing but time coming up here shortly, and I am going to see what 2 months of strict training does for me. If I like the results, I will continue doing it. Waiting for my RYP Stick to show up so I can get my swing speed back where I want it. Won’t be many updates unfortunately, but I will check in with progress when I have cell service. I will get some starting numbers and use those as a gauge and post them here. Can’t wait to see how weak I am.
