Big happy birthday to @TJ Hall have a great one brother!
-
I don't believe the words "designer" and "cost-effective" are paired together very often unfortunately Hopefully you can at least make it out for that round today! Oh, and Good Morning Spies! (12:03am, Up late finishing some coursework). I hope you all rise and shine into something epic for the weekend!

In my short time golfing, I have never showed up early to practice anything beforehand. I feel like having too many swing thoughts, which I practice other days, would be detrimental to me in my round. I never putt beforehand which may be why the first couple of holes are usually the toughest in that area, but yeah, so far, no warm ups. Get there and go.

Spent about 30 minutes on the practice greens with the Mindsets today, same thing to be said after another great day of rolling them. Sunk my first 5 putts from 10-15 feet and felt unstoppable but then I took the balls further out and worked on lagging them around the cup. The line still holds true and I find that putting is where the Mindset alignment shines overall. But the balls are great and durable. Will see how my tee time this Sunday goes but the RXs are looking like strong candidates to add into my rotation between the Odin and Tour X balls I currently game.

TaylorMade Qi10 Drivers - 2024 Forum Member Review
Michael.Sandoval33 replied to GolfSpy_APH's topic in Forum Testing Reviews
Made it out to the range today after a week hiatus, swung the Qi10 Max 8-10 times and was feeling really good with it. My swing is coming around, literally, and less up and down so closing the face has become a lot easier. Also feels like my speed is trending upwards which is a bonus. Still waiting for the shorter shaft to arrive and put it in the driver, can't wait to see if I like the shorter length or if maybe I have grown accustomed to the standard length. Some other experimentation is on the way as well, let's just say Sir "Otto-Phlex" will be making his way around the Max soon with a lot of great guidance from @IndyBonzo. All in all much more to come, including a tee time this Sunday! -
Good morning spies! Getting ready to head over to the range for some good practice in the sub 50° weather, tee time on Sunday and I gotta be ready to go!! Besides that Raiders selected the best available player and I think Bowers is going to be a boss on the field so I am happy with the pick. Have a great Friday and start to your weekend everybody!

Raiders with Bowers and I like it, could have used a CB though. I don't understand the Falcons in any way but

All I ever find is range balls on the course Tonight is the NFL draft though!!! (Go Raiders) And looking forward to a weekend tee time. Going a week without hitting the course is starting to make my hands itchy and I have been walking around practice swinging with water bottles all day

Was only able to catch a bit of the call but it was cool hearing about the process that goes into the wedges and how the grinds are determined. As always, great stuff!

Does Wesley Bryan count? If so, I can't stand that guy's smug attitude. He looks like a walking backhand compliment. But since he doesn't play the Major events, probably Cantlay or Harman because of their turtle pace.

Youtube golf vs the pro tours (PGA/LIV/LPGA/Champions/KFT)
Michael.Sandoval33 replied to StrokerAce's topic in The 19th Hole
I agree, I actually fell asleep by the 3rd hole. The commentators, the little bits they were there, were not interesting and offered nothing in terms insight about how the golfer was playing. It took Fat Perez and Grant Horvat to add some kind of noise during the entire thing. The production value was mediocre at its best. They could have done a lot more with it. It was trying to be YouTube golf without actually trying and it showed. At the least the ending was ok, but predictable. -
Happy Birthday to my fellow bulls

As a lifelong, die-hard Raiders fan. I am cautiously optimistic about this year's draft. Or GM is coming over from the Chargers and he had a lot of great picks over there in San Die...errrr Los Angeles. But, our spot is kind of middling. The only QB I could see falling to us would be Penix and while I like Penix, I am not 100% on him. I feel like we are wasting Davante so we do need something and I am not sure Minshew is the answer, even though I like the guy. We will see what happens and if we can make a splash. The Silver & Black faithful are dying out here, we need something!

"No, they got the metric system there. They wouldn't know what the .... a Quarter Pounder is." Stu! Very nice man

Testers Announced! Callaway Ai-Smoke Drivers
Michael.Sandoval33 replied to GolfSpy_APH's topic in Forum Testing Reviews
Congratulations to the testers selected! Another great test that I can't wait to follow along with! -
Good morning spies! Up early this morning, had a tee time booked for today at 1pm but decided to cancel due to the high winds. Didn't sound fun dealing with those and then coming straight back into my sociology class. Will probably go out for a quick range session though and have eyes on a weekend tee time. Besides that, nothing too major to report on but I hope ya'll have a great Tuesday and if you are playing, have a great round!

Thank you brother. Same to you and yours as well!

What golf items do you buy in bulk?
Michael.Sandoval33 replied to RED-NUMBER-RON's topic in General Q&A
Do protein bars/snacks for the course count? I have boxes of those around. -
Thank you @Northern Monkey and @Rob Person she seems to be in better spirits today knowing what it is and some guidance to keep it in check. Just thankful it wasn't something worse of course. Hope you guys are well.

We appreciate it @William P and @Dead Solid Bogey thankfully it seems that some added mindfulness is needed and nothing to the extreme of what those "Google Doctors" had her afraid it could be.
